IDK Like I said he kicked ass opening for Davy Knowles. He also played the last song with him and held his own.
You told me you thought Joe's album was a bit commercial. Danielle's is excellent and I also like the one by Larkin Poe. I'll have to check the others out.
You never know how things will progress as the artist evolves. Ally played a new song and you could tell it was different from the others. Sometimes they need to sell records.

I did not get far, this #7 Marcus King Band .......... is good, I'm likin this. Amazon Music Unlimited had 17 of the albums free on the cloud. I've made a playlist of them, now I gotta buy enough beer to get through 163 songs

The Bonamassa album is good also. I always bought Joe's studio albums, but I always ran through them two or three times and they got set aside for the live stuff, which is Joe's best. His live albums were always a precursor for his tour, he would play two or three songs off the new album on the tour just to sell records.
But this one is good on its own..

Looks like a good time, is Sam Fish gonna be there New Years Eve ? 12/29. She's in St Louis the next 2 days. The 30th is only $20 so if my buddy wants to go I was going to treat him for Christmas. I don't think he is familiar with her but he has good taste in music and should like her. Who wouldn't?

Night 3 of the Gospel Lounge tour. Danielle was as strong and ever as was Brandon. No crossover from night 1 and we were able to hear a little bit of everything. They are definitely suited for the acoustic show.

You should be thankful for Knuckleheads.
And I wonder how many cities have music venues like that.

Do you make any other KC venues ? Some. BB's, The Phoenix, Westport Saloon, among others. Many local bands still play the small bars/spots. Many are free. Heather Newman does this.

Knucklehead's Facebook live of Sam Fish's show did not stay up long. I'll be waiting to see it on their YT channel.
That Top 20 list of albums has many not on Blues Rock Review, gonna have to dig into that.
But I still think 2018 was not as good a year as 2017.

That Top 20 list of albums has many not on Blues Rock Review, gonna have to dig into that. But I still think 2018 was not as good a year as 2017. I went to listen to it and it was gone. None of the usual recorders were there. I wish I did that as I had a front center spot. Hopefully they will put it up on their channel.

So, my old headphones broke right at a year (bought them last Christmas). I emailed the company to get a fix, and they replaced them with their top of the line new ones. No charge. That’s what I’m talking about! I just got them, and am breaking them in with some Boston now! They are awesome, and I def recommend the Steelseries customer service. steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/arctis-pro-wirelessWhat I had, and listen to while I’m out drinking beers and talking to you guys: steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/siberia-800
