So, are we using the Russians for the mid-terms? Depends on whether or not the Democrats win a majority for either House of Congress or not.

U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich, a Trump-appointee, is having very serious doubts about Mueller’s garbage case against Russian company Concord Management. Indicted Russian company Concord Management filed a motion to have Mueller’s case dismissed and raised arguments in court earlier this week. Judge Dabney Friedrich is having serious doubts about the ‘conspiracy against the U.S.’ charges against Concord Management brought forth by the Special Counsel. In a new court order Thursday, the Judge said Concord Management’s conduct was not in violation of the law. A New York lawyer breaks down the new court order: The indictment included “conspiracy against the US” charges for failing to register for social media spends, political activities, etc. Techno Fog @techno_Fog The indictment included "conspiracy against the US" charges for failing to register for social media spends, political activities, etc. pic.twitter.com/9nup5dkhhG 9:27 PM - Oct 18, 2018 However, the Special Counsel insists that it doesn’t have to show Concord “had a legal duty to report.” How is it conspiracy if there’s no underlying illegal conduct or no illegal ends? Here’s your answer: Concord could have interfered with the FEC’s ability to determine whether “statutes were violated.” That’s it. This is exceedingly dangerous. And it gives a roadmap to how the Special Counsel will treat Trump. Mueller did the same thing to Paul Manafort. 7 alleged statutory violations. He pled guilty to 2 counts. Only 1 of those counts had to do with the indictment – the other involved his alleged conspiracy to obstruct justice through witness tampering.

So much this! If Mueller did investigate him, discovery would include the whole secret bogus operation to spy, accuse (muh Russia), and investigate Trump. Anyone with common sense just needed to ask themselves this question to see the truth. Mueller wouldn’t dare do this.

Anyone with common sense just needed to ask themselves this question to see the truth. Mueller wouldn’t dare do this. It is very telling that Mueller hasn't even tried to lay a finger on Page, who was allegedly at the very center of the Trump/Russia conspiracy. You would think that a comprehensive Special Counsel investigation would focus on largely on Page. The fact that it hasn't, shows what a sham and a fraud and a hoax this whole thing has been.

www.dailywire.com/news/37391/media-begin-lowering-expectations-ahead-fbi-report-ashe-schowIt looks like President Donald Trump’s critics might not get the earth-shattering, presidency-destroying, nail-in-the-coffin FBI report confirming Russian collusion they were hoping for. FBI special counsel Robert Mueller’s final report is apparently coming – after the midterm elections, of course. Several key findings, including whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election and whether the president obstructed justice, are expected to be released after ballots are cast. Media outlets hoping for a Watergate-style takedown of an American president they despise may not get what they want. Politico reports that “defense lawyers working on the Russia probe and more than 15 former government officials with investigation experience spanning Watergate to the 2016 election case” tell them the report might not answer all the critics’ prayers. “The public, they say, shouldn’t expect a comprehensive and presidency-wrecking account of Kremlin meddling and alleged obstruction of justice by Trump — not to mention an explanation of the myriad subplots that have bedeviled lawmakers, journalists and amateur Mueller sleuths,” Politico wrote. “Perhaps most unsatisfying: Mueller’s findings may never even see the light of day.” Politico suggested Trump’s critics “may be in for a disappointment” when the report is finally finished. Mueller, to the dismay of many, also is unlikely to speak publicly about the report, in clear contrast to former FBI Director James Comey, who famously broke protocol with a press conference announcing his findings on Hillary Clinton’s use of private emails. Mueller will send in a confidential report explaining why some people were indicted and others were not. As Politico notes, his reasonings may be as vague as “there wasn’t enough evidence” with no further explanation. It will then be up to the DOJ whether the report will be made public. If the report does indeed put an end to the “collusion” narrative pushed by the media since Trump was elected, don’t expect them to accept Mueller’s findings. They’ve latched onto this narrative to explain how a man they despise (now that he is a Republican) could have snatched victory from Hillary Clinton, and it’s hard to imagine they will give it up.

Hardy and Department of Justice (DOJ) attorneys submitted the filings in response to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit for the FBI’s four applications for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants against Page. The DOJ released heavily redacted copies of the four FISA warrant applications on June 20, but USA Today reporter Brad Heath has sued for full copies of the documents. -Daily Caller ....... So, they used multiple spies and still found nothing. Let that sink in for a moment.

In the past had this happened it would be the biggest scandal in history because it was an internal (to our country) coup attempt. Amazing how Trump has been able to expose the leftist media as fake and exposed these crrooked 3 letters.

www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-10-20/judge-orders-mueller-prove-russian-company-meddled-electionA Washington federal judge on Thursday ordered special counsel Robert Mueller's team to clarify election meddling claims lodged against a Russian company operated by Yevgeny Prigozhin, an ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to Bloomberg. Concord Management and Consulting, LLC. - one of three businesses indicted by Mueller in February along with 13 individuals for election meddling, surprised the special counsel in April when they actually showed up in court to fight the charges. Mueller's team tried to delay Concord from entering the case, arguing that thee Russian company not been properly served, however Judge Dabney Friedrich denied the request - effectively telling prosecutors 'well, they're here.' Concord was accused in the indictment of supporting the Internet Research Agency (IRA), a Russian 'troll farm' accused of trying to influence the 2016 US election. On Thursday, Judge Freidrich asked Mueller's prosecutors if she should assume they aren't accusing Concord of violating US laws applicable to election expenditures and failure to register as a foreign agent Concord has asked Dabney to throw out the charges - claiming that Mueller's office fabricated a crime, and that there is no law against interfering in elections. According to the judge’s request for clarification, the Justice Department has argued that it doesn’t have to show that Concord had a legal duty to report its expenditures to the Federal Election Commission. Rather, the allegation is that the company knowingly engaged in deceptive acts that precluded the FEC, or the Justice Department, from ascertaining whether they had broken the law. -Bloomberg
