dailycaller.com/2018/10/15/carter-page-sue-dnc-dossier/Former Trump campaign associate Carter Page filed a defamation lawsuit Monday against the Democratic National Committee and its law firm, which commissioned the infamous Steele dossier. Page filed the suit in federal court in Oklahoma against the DNC, the law firm, Perkins Coie, and two of its partners, Marc Elias and Michael Sussmann. Perkins Coie, which also represented the Hillary Clinton campaign, is the firm that hired Fusion GPS, the opposition researcher that investigated Donald Trump’s links to Russia. Elias was Perkins Coie’s main contact to Fusion GPS, which was founded by three former Wall Street Journal reporters. As part of the $1 million project, Fusion GPS hired former British spy Christopher Steele to conduct the investigation. The result was a 35-page dossier full of allegations that the Kremlin is blackmailing Trump and that the Trump campaign conspired with Russian operatives to influence the election. (RELATED: Here Is How Much The DNC And Clinton Campaign Paid For The Trump Dossier) Page, an energy consultant, features prominently in the dossier, though he vehemently denies its allegations.

Any predictions on Muellers report??
I don’t like that he’s gonna report then keep investigating. I want a report, then he’s done. Not report, keep investigating, another report, keep investigating, ad nauseam.

Not report, keep investigating, another report, keep investigating, ad nauseam. IMO, it will all be some small degree of fuel for stimulating an impeachment process. It has been the plan from the start. Special Counsel started without specifying a crime. An illegal deal from the very start. An investigation in search of a crime (to support impeachment). Based on a corrupt counter intelligence investigation.

Based on a corrupt counter intelligence investigation. For sure. I think he’s gonna find no collusion, but hint at its possibility, and hit Trump with OOJ (then expect a Dem House to mop it up). I also think he’ll throw out a lot of stuff not connected to Trump Russia at all (like old business dealings) just for kicks and to help the Dems along.

If it is before midterms, then yes, he'll 'allude' to bad things with zero evidence ala 'you're guilty, prove you didn't do it'...this is a joke and I see it continuing until 2020 election...

Yes, after the election, and I think similarly. But, odds are, the left is gonna take the House, and Mueller will give them what they need to impeach him. The Senate will not remove him, but he’ll have that stigma forever, and the left will see it as a BIG win (because they don’t understand how impeachment works, or even care to know in most cases).

Not report, keep investigating, another report, keep investigating, ad nauseam. And after the elections Sessions and Rod will be gone so maybe we can keep it going. Mueller will leave things open ended so I'm sure we'll need "more through investigations" to get to the bottom of it. Trump's new AG will say bite me and then we'll hear about cover up and OOJ.

On Tuesday, 40-year-old Natalie May Edwards, the senior advisor in the Treasury Department’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, was arrested and criminally charged for leaking confidential financial documents relating to former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort, the Russian embassy and accused Russian spy Maria Butina.
Ms. Edwards, who leaked the documents related to the Manafort case, was interviewed by Ronan Farrow six months ago. It now looks like that was an attempt by her to set herself up as a whistle blower rather than the leaker she is –

www.judicialwatch.org/press-room/press-releases/judicial-watch-federal-judge-shocked-clinton-aide-granted-immunity-by-justice-department/Turning his attention to the Department of Justice, Judge Lamberth said that he was “dumbfounded” by the agency’s Inspector General report revealing that Cheryl Mills had been given immunity and was allowed to accompany former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to her FBI interview: I had myself found that Cheryl Mills had committed perjury and lied under oath in a published opinion I had issued in a Judicial Watch case where I found her unworthy of belief, and I was quite shocked to find out she had been given immunity in — by the Justice Department in the Hillary Clinton email case. So I did not know that until I read the IG report and learned that and that she had accompanied the Secretary to her interview. (In an April 28, 2008, ruling relating to Mills’ conduct as a White House official in responding to concerns about lost White House email records, Judge Lamberth called Mills’ participation in the matter “loathsome.” He further stated Mills was responsible for “the most critical error made in this entire fiasco … Mills’ actions were totally inadequate to address the problem.”) Lamberth also complained that the Justice Department attorney representing the State Department was using “doublespeak,” and playing “word games.” The hearing had been ordered by Judge Lamberth regarding a request from Judicial Watch for testimony under oath from Clinton, Mills and several other State Department officials regarding the State Department’s processing of Judicial Watch’s FOIA request and Clinton’s emails. The State Department still opposes all of Judicial Watch’s requests for additional discovery into the Clinton email scandal. Judge Lamberth said he was relieved that he did not allow the case to be shut down prematurely, as the State Department had requested. Judge Lamberth also said the State Department was using “doublespeak” and word games. ........... President of Judicial Watch Tom Fitton had this to say about the State Department: “President Trump should ask why his State Department is still refusing to answer basic questions about the Clinton email scandal. Hillary Clinton’s and the State Department’s email cover up abused the FOIA, the courts, and the American people’s right to know.”
