www.dailywire.com/news/46554/cnns-chris-cuomo-antifa-good-cause-ryan-saavedraCNN's Chris Cuomo argued on Monday night that the violence-embracing far-left group Antifa was "a good cause," and was immediately met by pushback from the two contributors who he had on for the segment. "You can talk about Antifa, I've watched them in streets protesting in different situations, OK?" Cuomo said. "There are certainly aspects of them that are true to a cause, that is a good cause, they want social justice, they want whatever they want in that context." "Not Antifa," CNN's Rob Astorino responded. "Antifa's [inaudible]." "Chris, Antifa is not a good cause," CNN's Steve Cortes fired back. "Antifa does not have good aims, Antifa wants power, wants political power, taken through force. That's what Antifa is all about."

dailycaller.com/2019/04/30/pelosi-schumer-climate-change-bill/Chuck Schumer made it clear to President Donald Trump they will use infrastructure to advance their climate change agenda. Their letter to Trump makes no mentions of roads, bridges or highways, but does mention climate change and “clean” energy. Democrats have said in the past they want to turn an infrastructure bill into a “green energy bill.” House Majority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer sent a letter to President Donald Trump detailing their demands on infrastructure spending. Pelosi and Schumer will meet Tuesday with Trump to discuss a potential infrastructure package. The Democrats made it clear, however, they plan to use infrastructure spending to advance their climate change agenda. “To truly be a gamechanger for the American people, we should go beyond transportation and into broadband, water, energy, schools, housing and other initiatives,” Pelosi and Schumer wrote in a letter sent Monday. “We must also invest in resiliency and risk mitigation of our current infrastructure to deal with climate change,” the two Democrats wrote to Trump. (RELATED: Beto O’Rourke Unveils $5 Trillion Climate Change Agenda) Trump reportedly wants $2 trillion to beef up U.S. infrastructure, including bridges, highways and roads, but the Democrats’ letter makes clear their priorities are different from the president’s. In fact, the letter has not contain any mention of roads, bridges or highways, but instead urges Trump to “go beyond transportation” and include spending for climate change, housing initiatives, public health and “clean energy.” Conservatives oppose Democrats’ demands for infrastructure spending, saying it would likely mean higher gas taxes that would be diverted from beefing up transportation infrastructure. “Trump and Republicans in Congress would like improved roads,” Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform, said in a statement. “The Democrats want Trump to endorse higher taxes so Democrats could, once again, spend on everything except roads.” “Every time Republicans have foolishly given Democrats money promised to roads — the tax dollars are found far away from roads and in the pockets of Democrat special interests,” Norquist said. Schumer asked Trump in December to include a slew of climate concessions in any infrastructure plan, including permanent tax subsidies for green energy and electric vehicle tax credits permanent, more funding into green tech and hardening infrastructure against extreme weather. Schumer wants to make climate change a top issue in the 2020 elections. It’s his counter to the Green New Deal’s botched rollout. Schumer wants to put Republicans on the defensive on climate change, an issue that’s traditionally not a top priority to voters.

Shocking that MSNBC would make such a great case for the Second Amendment:
Washington [D.C.] and the administration, at least, that this is taking longer than they thought,” MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell said. “Despite the sanctions — despite the pressure, with the help of Russia and other outside forces — Maduro is hanging on.”
Sanders replied by explaining the vulnerability of a disarmed population in this kind of situation.
“And not only hanging on, but he appears to still control the military,” Sanders said. “You have to understand, in Venezuela, gun ownership is not something that is open to everybody. So if the military [has] the guns, they have the power. And so as long as Nicolas Maduro controls the military, he controls the country.”

Since Nadler, Schiff, etc are big on the whole OOJ thing now, here's a great case for them to sink their teeth into,(also throw in appeasing hostile anti-American governments for a good measure) : www.politico.com/interactives/2017/obama-hezbollah-drug-trafficking-investigation/In its determination to secure a nuclear deal with Iran, the Obama administration derailed an ambitious law enforcement campaign targeting drug trafficking by the Iranian-backed terrorist group Hezbollah, even as it was funneling cocaine into the United States, according to a POLITICO investigation.
The campaign, dubbed Project Cassandra, was launched in 2008 after the Drug Enforcement Administration amassed evidence that Hezbollah had transformed itself from a Middle East-focused military and political organization into an international crime syndicate that some investigators believed was collecting $1 billion a year from drug and weapons trafficking, money laundering and other criminal activities.
Over the next eight years, agents working out of a top-secret DEA facility in Chantilly, Virginia, used wiretaps, undercover operations and informants to map Hezbollah’s illicit networks, with the help of 30 U.S. and foreign security agencies.
They followed cocaine shipments, some from Latin America to West Africa and on to Europe and the Middle East, and others through Venezuela and Mexico to the United States. They tracked the river of dirty cash as it was laundered by, among other tactics, buying American used cars and shipping them to Africa. And with the help of some key cooperating witnesses, the agents traced the conspiracy, they believed, to the innermost circle of Hezbollah and its state sponsors in Iran.
They followed cocaine shipments, tracked a river of dirty cash, and traced what they believed to be the innermost circle of Hezbollah and its state sponsors in Iran.
But as Project Cassandra reached higher into the hierarchy of the conspiracy, Obama administration officials threw an increasingly insurmountable series of roadblocks in its way, according to interviews with dozens of participants who in many cases spoke for the first time about events shrouded in secrecy, and a review of government documents and court records. When Project Cassandra leaders sought approval for some significant investigations, prosecutions, arrests and financial sanctions, officials at the Justice and Treasury departments delayed, hindered or rejected their requests.
The Justice Department declined requests by Project Cassandra and other authorities to file criminal charges against major players such as Hezbollah’s high-profile envoy to Iran, a Lebanese bank that allegedly laundered billions in alleged drug profits, and a central player in a U.S.-based cell of the Iranian paramilitary Quds force. And the State Department rejected requests to lure high-value targets to countries where they could be arrested.

www.breitbart.com/entertainment/2019/05/01/alyssa-milano-i-dont-have-equal-rights-under-the-constitution/Far-left Hollywood actress and activist Alyssa Milano has claimed she doesn’t have “equal rights under the constitution” as she urged lawmakers to pass legislation to amend the Constitution with the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) aimed at elevating women. Milano made the remarks during an impassioned two-minute video after the first congressional hearing on the Equal Rights Amendment in 36 years. “I don’t have equal rights under the Constitution… It is time for the constitution to reflect the powerful principles of its first three words: We the People,” Alyssa Milano said. “The ERA will build a wall, a wall that will actually do something against the never-ending assault on our rights from the current or future presidents.” “Ratification will make sure that all people, no matter where we fall on the spectrum of gender identity, will have sovereignty over our own bodies, at home and in the doctor’s office,” said the actress whose net worth ranges from a reported $10 to $45 million. “And it will change the face of business as companies enact recruitment, retention, and advancement programs that ensure a woman’s path to the executive suite does not stop at an executive assistant.” short of the required 38 states needed to ratify it before the March 1979 deadline. Alyssa Milano has long been involved in campaigning for the ERA. In January, she told a rally in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday that because she has a vagina, she doesn’t have “equality and justice” in America. “My name is Alyssa Milano, and in 2019 I do not have equal rights in the Constitution,” she declared. “That’s right, because I have a vagina I do not have equality and justice.” Her plea was also backed by fellow actress Patricia Arquette, who testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties on Tuesday in favor of the amendment. “I come here not as a constitutional lawyer but as an American citizen, as an American woman, to advocate for what I feel is critical for our country,” Arquette said. “Women have waited 232 years to be enshrined as full and equal citizens. Why? Because in 1787, women were left out of the Constitution intentionally.”

Best comment in regards to Milano:
Because she has a vagina, she belongs to the sex that is a "protected class" under Affirmative Action in education, even though 80% of educators are female, and nearly two thirds of all university students are. She gets twice as much lavished on her health care as her brother, and 5 times as much money for female specific diseases. If she is convicted of a felony, she is twice as likely to evade prison alltogether (even if she was the ringleader in crime) and will serve a sentence 67% shorter than a male convicted of the same offense. If she commits statutory rape, she will likely get off with a slap on the wrist, and she can sue her rape victim (or his parents) for child support. She has only a one in ten chance of ever losing custody no matter how rotten a mother she is, and she can legally get away with paternity fraud. She is five times less likely to be homeless and more than 14 times less likely to be killed on the job. She has also never been forced to serve as cannon fodder in the history of the United States
She is absolutely right. There is nothing "equal" about any of this.

So, the NYTimes blamed President Trump for them publishing an anti Semitic cartoon. dailycaller.com/2019/05/01/nyt-editorial-board-trump-anti-semitic-cartoon/blamed President Donald Trump for the paper’s decision to publish an anti-Semitic cartoon. The paper’s editorial board said in a Tuesday editorial that the president’s failure to stop a rise in anti-Semitism played a part in the image that “came to be published” in its pages. After acknowledging the paper published a “bigoted” and “appalling” anti-Semitic cartoon in the headline and opening sentences of the editorial, the board quickly shifts to lecturing readers about the “insidious” nature of anti-Semitism and the particular danger of anti-Semitic imagery in this political moment. The rest of the editorial amounts to one excuse: the paper published an anti-Semitic cartoon because of a larger context of hate fostered by Trump, not because of its own failure to vet the content that hits its pages. (RELATED: Cartoonist Defends Anti-Semitic New York Times Cartoon) “The cartoon was chosen from a syndication service by a production editor who did not recognize its anti-Semitism,” the board writes. “Yet, however it came to be published, the appearance of such an obviously bigoted cartoon in a mainstream publication is evidence of a profound danger — not only of anti-Semitism but of numbness to its creep, to the insidious way this ancient, enduring prejudice is once again working itself into public view and common conversation.”

Hammer meet nail. This young lady nailed it perfectly. Kudos to her & props to her parents for raising such a bright child. alphanewsmn.com/thoughts-from-a-hipster-coffee-shop/Thoughts from a hipster coffee shop… My generation is becoming the largest voting bloc in the country. We have an opportunity to continue to propel us forward with the gifts capitalism and democracy has given us. The other option is that we can fall into the trap of entitlement and relapse into restrictive socialist destitution. The choice doesn’t seem too hard, does it? By Alyssa Ahlgren - April 6, 2019 I’m sitting in a small coffee shop near Nokomis trying to think of what to write about. I scroll through my newsfeed on my phone looking at the latest headlines of Democratic candidates calling for policies to “fix” the so-called injustices of capitalism. I put my phone down and continue to look around. I see people talking freely, working on their MacBook’s, ordering food they get in an instant, seeing cars go by outside, and it dawned on me. We live in the most privileged time in the most prosperous nation and we’ve become completely blind to it. Vehicles, food, technology, freedom to associate with whom we choose. These things are so ingrained in our American way of life we don’t give them a second thought. We are so well off here in the United States that our poverty line begins 31 times above the global average. Thirty. One. Times. Virtually no one in the United States is considered poor by global standards. Yet, in a time where we can order a product off Amazon with one click and have it at our doorstep the next day, we are unappreciative, unsatisfied, and ungrateful. Our unappreciation is evident as the popularity of socialist policies among my generation continues to grow. Democratic Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently said to Newsweek talking about the millennial generation, “An entire generation, which is now becoming one of the largest electorates in America, came of age and never saw American prosperity.”
Never saw American prosperity. Let that sink in. When I first read that statement, I thought to myself, that was quite literally the most entitled and factually illiterate thing I’ve ever heard in my 26 years on this earth. Now, I’m not attributing Miss Ocasio-Cortez’s words to outright dishonesty. I do think she whole-heartedly believes the words she said to be true. Many young people agree with her, which is entirely misguided. My generation is being indoctrinated by a mainstream narrative to actually believe we have never seen prosperity. I know this first hand, I went to college, let’s just say I didn’t have the popular opinion, but I digress.Let me lay down some universal truths really quick. The United States of America has lifted more people out of abject poverty, spread more freedom and democracy, and has created more innovation in technology and medicine than any other nation in human history. Not only that but our citizenry continually breaks world records with charitable donations, the rags to riches story is not only possible in America but not uncommon, we have the strongest purchasing power on earth, and we encompass 25% of the world’s GDP. The list goes on. However, these universal truths don’t matter. We are told that income inequality is an existential crisis (even though this is not an indicator of prosperity, some of the poorest countries in the world have low-income inequality), we are told that we are oppressed by capitalism (even though it’s brought about more freedom and wealth to the most people than any other system in world history), we are told that the only way we will acquire the benefits of true prosperity is through socialism and centralization of federal power (even though history has proven time and again this only brings tyranny and suffering). Why then, with all of the overwhelming evidence around us, evidence that I can even see sitting at a coffee shop, do we not view this as prosperity? We have people who are dying to get into our country. People around the world destitute and truly impoverished. Yet, we have a young generation convinced they’ve never seen prosperity, and as a result, elect politicians dead set on taking steps towards abolishing capitalism. Why? The answer is this, my generation has ONLY seen prosperity. We have no contrast. We didn’t live in the great depression, or live through two world wars, or see the rise and fall of socialism and communism. We don’t know what it’s like not to live without the internet, without cars, without smartphones. We don’t have a lack of prosperity problem. We have an entitlement problem, an ungratefulness problem, and it’s spreading like a plague. With the current political climate giving rise to the misguided idea of a socialist utopia, will we see the light? Or will we have to lose it all to realize that what we have now is true prosperity? Destroying the free market will undo what millions of people have died to achieve. My generation is becoming the largest voting bloc in the country. We have an opportunity to continue to propel us forward with the gifts capitalism and democracy has given us. The other option is that we can fall into the trap of entitlement and relapse into restrictive socialist destitution. The choice doesn’t seem too hard, does it?

amp.dailycaller.com/2019/05/03/ilhan-omar-lashes-out-pence-pompeo-trumpDemocratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar lashed out at Vice President Mike Pence, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and President Donald Trump Friday after facing criticism for her own comments on the chaotic situation in Venezuela. Pompeo referred to the freshman lawmaker as “ignorant” after learning that she had blamed the United States, saying, “policies that we’ve put in place has kind of helped lead the devastation in Venezuela.” (RELATED: Ilhan Omar Blames US For Venezuela Chaos And ‘Devastation’) Omar responded in a tweet referencing a lengthy phone call between Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin that took place Friday. “Speaking of ‘ignorance’, maybe the @vp and @secpompeo should spend less time worrying about mine and more time getting the Trump his briefing before he gets on the phone with Putin, or the media, or anyone,” she tweeted. “This is embarrassing.” Omar also took aim at Pence — who said that Omar didn’t “know what she’s talking about” with regard to Venezuela — in a separate tweet, appearing to suggest that he only criticized her because she was a woman of color. “Women of color have heard this before. Instead of ‘we disagree,’ it’s ‘she doesn’t know what she’s talking about.’ They have to make us feel small,” she tweeted. The majority of people responding to her tweet appeared to side with the vice president.

www.dailywire.com/news/46777/rashida-tlaibs-father-says-she-lied-big-time-get-ryan-saavedraIn a March 11, 2010 newspaper article in The Detroit News, Rep. Rashida Tlaib's (D-MI) father accused her of lying "big-time to get elected" by falsifying her address on an election affidavit. Tlaib's father, Harbi Elabed, made the accusations against Tlaib, who at the time was a freshman state-level representative from the 12th District in Detroit’s Southwest side. The newspaper article was scrubbed from the internet when The Detroit News migrated to a new website but was available in a subscription-based digital archive. The Detroit News reported: He said his daughter misrepresented her residency when she signed an election affidavit in 2008 with the Wayne County Clerk claiming she was a citizen of Detroit. According to that affidavit, Tlaib claimed she lived at 9123 Rathbone in Detroit. That house is owned in part by her father, Harbi Elabed, and he now says she did not live there and he was only recently made aware that she had claimed so. "She lied," Elabed said. "She lied big-time to get elected. I never teach her that way. I teach her the right way. It’s my house. She didn’t live there. She lived in Dearborn in her house with her husband and boy." The Detroit News continued: Dearborn is not a part of the 12th House District that Tlaib was elected to represent. Residency issues are very difficult to prove. To become a candidate, you must be a “registered and qualified elector” of that district, according to state law. That means you must have your primary residence — the address on your driver’s license and where you’re registered to vote — in that district. There is no law however, according to state election officials, saying that a person must spend any particular number of days, weeks or months at a certain location. Perjury is an offense punishable by up to five years in prison and a $1,000 fine. Tlaib even admitted at the time that accusations against her caused problems for her, saying: "People have questioned that a lot, but never my father and I’m sad about that. The point is I complied with the law. I moved into the district before I filed. Period." The Detroit News added: According to property and tax records, Tlaib lived in a house on Tireman in Dearborn that her husband purchased a decade ago. Taxes were paid on that house in 2009 with her husband claiming it as his primary residence. But in 2008, as Tlaib was preparing for a run for the seat, she said she separated from her husband and moved into her father’s house with her two brothers. Tlaib said she had bills to prove where she lived but it does not appear that she ever provided those bills to the newspaper to validate her claims. Tlaib's father said that he came forward with the allegation because it was part of a "growing litany of transgressions that his daughter committed upon him — culminating in a dispute about care of his aged mother, who suffers from dementia," adding that Tlaib "sided against him and in favor of his nephew in a battle of custody, a complete breach of family values." "My sons told me blood is thicker than water and I should keep my mouth shut, so OK, I did," Elabed said. "Then she crossed the line with her father. When she interferes in the father’s business, when she shows him no respect. This life in politics has changed her." Tlaib ended up reconciling with her husband and moved next door to her father. "It’s not surprising that he did this to me. It’s not. He was abusive to me as a girl and he’s angry at me about my grandmother," Tlaib claimed. "I know he’s proud of what I’ve accomplished but he’s also vindictive. It’s all very embarrassing. What do they say, you can’t choose your family?"

amp.dailycaller.com/2019/05/04/cnn-covington-catholic-muslim-students-chopping-headsCNN covered the January controversy surrounding Nick Sandmann and his fellow Covington Catholic School students 23 times, yet thus far hasn’t covered footage of children at a Philadelphia Islamic center reading poetry about chopping off heads. Video from last month of kids at the Philadelphia Muslim American Society (MAS) Islamic Center showed them reading about chopping off heads and subjecting the enemies of Allah to “eternal torture.” The irony was pointed out via Twitter by The Daily Wire’s Ryan Saavedra. A search of the words “Covington Catholic Students” returned exactly 23 results, while a search for “Muslim American Society Islamic Center Philadelphia” yielded none. (RELATED: Apologies Roll In For Catholic School Protesters As Fuller Picture Of Events Emerges) Fox News, on the other hand, covered the story on Friday: The Muslim American Society (MAS) Islamic Center in Philadelphia posted the video to its Facebook page celebrating “Ummah Day” in which young children wearing Palestinian scarves sang and read poetry about killing for Allah and the mosque in Jerusalem. The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), a watchdog group, alerted Fox News to the video. “These are not isolated incidents; they are happening in major centers of the country – including in Pennsylvania,” MEMRI said in a statement. In the video, translated by MEMRI, kids can be heard singing: “The land of the Prophet Muhammad’s Night Journey is calling us. Our Palestine must return to us.” Another female student chants, “We will defend the land of divine guidance with our bodies, and we will sacrifice our souls without hesitation. We will chop off their heads, and we will liberate the sorrowful and exalted Al-Aqsa Mosque. We will lead the army of Allah fulfilling His promise, and we will subject them to eternal torture.” The Muslim American Society (MAS) has 42 chapters nationwide and one in the U.K., Fox News reported.

Hamas, the Islamist group that rules the Palestinian enclave, said two members of its armed wing had been killed and three wounded when Israel bombed one of its positions in central Gaza. Later on Friday, two Palestinians shot by Israeli troops while taking part in weekly protests along the border died of their wounds, Gaza health officials said. Jim Acosta with the tin foil hat conspiracy theory:
Now, we should also note, Wolf, that the president and Tiger Woods do have something of a business arrangement. The president’s company, the Trump Organization, hired Tiger Woods to design a golf course at the president’s company’s golf course in Dubai. Wolf, that obviously shows that there are some business ties between these two men. And I suppose a critic could argue after watching all of this that there might be somewhat of an advertisement going on here, a TV ad going on here in handing out this Presidential Medal of Freedom to Tiger Woods. It is, in effect, publicizing one of the Trump golf courses there in Dubai that Tiger Woods had a hand in. Although we should point out that particular course has not opened yet.
