amp.dailycaller.com/2018/07/30/bob-woodward-trump-book-midterms/Journalist Bob Woodward is set to release a book detailing the alleged horrors of the inner workings of President Donald Trump’s White House right before November’s midterm elections. Woodward, famous for his coverage of the Watergate scandal, has allegedly based the book, entitled “Fear: Trump in the White House,” on the accounts of first hand witnesses and has been working on it for eight months. The description of the book on its pre-order page claims that it recounts the “harrowing life” of staffers inside Trump’s White House as well as Trump’s personal decision-making processes. Bob Woodward reveals in unprecedented detail the harrowing life inside President Donald Trump’s White House and precisely how he makes decisions on major foreign and domestic policies,” Amazon’s description reads. “Woodward draws from hundreds of hours of interviews with firsthand sources, meeting notes, personal diaries, files and documents.” The book is due for release on September 11, less than two months before the midterm elections.

You mean like a business man that gets things done instead of a passive non-caring politician that does very little if anything at all?

It’s humorous how the “experts”, media, etc still can’t figure out why President Trump’s numbers keep going up, but it’s exactly what you said. He campaigned & was up front about what he wanted to do. He was elected & began to instantly attempt to follow through on his agenda that he campaigned on. Honestly, it’s a refreshing change from the old bs days that most politicians did.

President Trump has set a new precedent for future presidents. He has a done a lot of work in a short amount of time and is going to make those future presidents look very lazy in comparison. He's already performed at a level that makes you wonder just what in the hell the prior 4 presidents were doing all that time. Of course we know in Obama's case, he was trying to divide and destroy the country.

www.nationalreview.com/corner/heng-gets-facebook-blocked/Elizabeth Heng nearly beat incumbent Democratic congressman Jim Costa in California’s open primaries in early June. The 53–47 outcome would have made her the darling of the national political media, had she been a Democrat. She will face Costa again in the general election in November. My colleague Alexandra DeSanctis wrote an excellent piece last month profiling the young, smart, 33-year-old Republican contender. www.nationalreview.com/2018/07/elizabeth-heng-campaign-brings-conservative-values-to-california-race/So this happened yesterday. Heng’s campaign had tried to place this video as an ad on Facebook. It begins with her family’s roots — amidst the horror of Cambodian genocide. And Facebook responded with a big ixnay. Here’s a screenshot of the rejection provided by the candidate: Is the Cambodian Genocide now a non-event? Or just too icky for the Silicon Valley Boys? Or maybe this ad-rejection is yet another powerful Republican political message that fails some subjective standard contrived in a liberal hotbed? COMMENTS The Heng campaign released this statement yesterday: This Friday, Facebook revoked approval to advertise Elizabeth Heng’s campaign video detailing why she is running for office in the 16th Congressional District of California. Her video, which includes the story of her American immigrant parents who lived through the atrocity of communism and genocide that ravaged Cambodia in the early 1980s, evidently contained content too “shocking, disrespectful or sensational” for the platform, to quote Facebook directly. “It is unbelievable that Facebook could have such blatant disregard for the history that so many people, including my own parents, have lived through,” said Elizabeth. “I’m sure it is shocking for some people to hear about this kind of injustice, but this is reality. This is why I wake up every single day with the fight and determination to have a voice and make a difference in my community. Neither Facebook nor any other company in the tech industry get to silence our stories. We’ve seen it over and over again with Republican candidates and organizations. This kind of censorship is an attack on the freedoms that we have as Americans to express what we believe in, and we must hold Facebook accountable.” Heng’s campaign website can be found here. elizabethheng.com/

www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-08-07/ohio-special-election-results-polls-closing-heres-what-watchAs we noted earlier, while both candidates are already on the ballot in November for a rematch to win a full two-year term, tonight's special election carried major implications for Republicans seeking to hold control of the House and Democrats trying to retake the chamber. Despite the numbers above CNN, among others refuse to call it.Of course - two things are now about to happen: 1) a recount will be demanded... and 2) Russian interference will somehow be blamed.

Kansas:
12:52 AM: BINDER: With Miami County fully in now, Kobach is leading by 860 votes against Colyer. Johnson County — the suburbs — still needs to come in, as well as all 16 precincts in Morris County. This is with 86 percent reporting. Wilson County and Morris County, both of which should go for Kobach, are still out. Johnson County is looking increasingly like a win for Colyer, though too much of the vote is still out to be clear.
LynnHorsley ✔ @lynnhorsley Big problems getting Johnson County results tonight. Estimate is final results won't be posted for at least two more hours. Big computer glitch. 12:07 AM - Aug 8, 2018

1:05 AM: BINDER: Everything rests on Johnson County. There are only 17 precincts left in the state aside from the hundreds that have yet to be reported in Johnson County. Kobach, in order to keep a lead against Colyer, has to hope for a tiny loss or moderate win in the Johnson County suburbs.

www.breitbart.com/big-government/2018/08/07/gop-declares-victory-in-ohio-12-special-congressional-election-democrat-has-not-conceded/12 Republican Troy Balderson apparently squeaked out a narrow victory over Democrat Danny O’Connor Tuesday night in a special election in Ohio’s 12th Congressional District, although O’Connor has not conceded and the Associated Press has not yet called the race. With 100 percent of precincts reporting, Decision Desk tweeted at 10:40 p.m. eastern that Balderson had a 1,766 vote lead. Balderson’s lead over O’Connor was just 0.9 percent, 50.2 percent to 49.3 percent. With the possibility that an estimated 8,400 absentee provisional ballots could change the outcome, the Associated Press held back from calling the race, but the consensus among political analysts Tuesday night was that it was unlikely that provisional ballots would be sufficient to change the outcome from a GOP victory. “O’Connor did not concede the race, and over 8,400 absentee and provisional ballots remain to be counted, according to the Ohio secretary of state’s office,” Politico reported late Saturday night. In order to pull out a victory, O’Connor would need to win more than 60 percent of those absentee and provisional ballots, or receive at least 5,083 of those 8,400 ballots. It may take several days to count all the absentee and provisional ballots.

1:33 AM: BINDER: Kobach now leads Colyer by 883 votes as Johnson County reports 106 of more than 500 precincts. There are now 88 percent of precincts in for the Kansas GOP gubernatorial primary. There is a chance that Kobach pulls off a win if he can hold Colyer back in the southern and northern neighborhoods of the suburban county.

2:20 AM: BINDER: Wilson County is now fully reporting all precincts, giving Kris Kobach a larger lead of about 864 votes ahead of Gov. Jeff Colyer. Now, the remaining about 400 precincts in Johnson County are the only votes out. Kobach will need to keep a moderate pace in that county to remain ahead and win.
