thehill.com/homenews/campaign/416945-florida-senate-race-heads-to-a-hand-recountThe Florida Senate race between Sen. Bill Nelson (D-Fla.) and Gov. Rick Scott (R) is heading to a hand recount after the latest round of machine tallies showed the two candidates still neck and neck. Nelson and Scott were separated by a margin of about 0.15 percentage points, according to results of a machine recount released Thursday – a narrow enough margin to trigger a hand recount under state law. The hand recount must be completed by Sunday, in time for a Nov. 20 deadline for state officials to certify the final election results.

He gained only one vote : www.sun-sentinel.com/news/politics/os-ne-florida-vote-recount-deadline-20181115-story.htmlNine days after Florida’s Election Day, the deadline for machine recounts of three statewide races came and went Thursday, but Andrew Gillum refused to concede and urged vote counting to continue even as his margin behind Ron DeSantis was slimmed by just one vote. “A vote denied is justice denied — the State of Florida must count every legally cast vote,” Gillum said in a statement as the machine recount was completed in all but a few counties. “As today’s unofficial reports and recent court proceedings make clear, there are tens of thousands of votes that have yet to be counted. We plan to do all we can to ensure that every voice is heard in this process.’’

The smoking gun? www.breitbart.com/politics/2018/11/15/report-florida-democrats-urged-voters-to-submit-absentee-ballots-after-election-day-using-altered-forms/Florida Democrats urged voters to submit absentee ballots after Election Day, using an official form that had been altered to make it look like they were doing so within the legal deadline, hoping a judge would later allow the votes. That attempt to add Democratic votes, which critics say is possible election fraud, was reported Thursday morning by Ana Ceballos of the Naples Daily News, who notes the scheme has already been reported to federal prosecutors. Ceballos reported: www.naplesnews.com/story/news/politics/2018/11/15/florida-recount-democrats-launch-plan-altered-state-form-fix-ballots/2009178002/A day after Florida’s election left top state races too close to call, a Democratic party leader directed staffers and volunteers to share altered election forms with voters to fix signature problems on absentee ballots after the state’s deadline. The altered forms surfaced in Broward, Santa Rosa, Citrus and Okaloosa counties and were reported to federal prosecutors to review for possible election fraud as Florida counties complete a required recount in three top races. But an email obtained by the USA TODAY NETWORK-Florida shows that Florida Democrats were organizing a broader statewide effort beyond those counties to give voters the altered forms to fix improper absentee ballots after the Nov. 5 deadline. Democratic party leaders provided staffers with copies of a form, known as a “cure affidavit,” that had been modified to include an inaccurate Nov. 8 deadline. One Palm Beach Democrat said in an interview the idea was to have voters fix and submit as many absentee ballots as possible with the altered forms in hopes of later including them in vote totals if a judge ruled such ballots were allowed. Election Day was November 6. A decision Thursday by federal judge Mark Walker, a Barack Obama appointee, will allow voters to correct mismatched signatures on mailed-in and provisional ballots until Saturday. Republicans have appealed. Republicans are already crying foul over Democrats’ efforts to overturn GOP victories in the races for governor and U.S. Senate by suing local election authorities to include votes that were improperly cast (or not cast).

Begs the question, if they are doing this in Florida, where else is this happening?

Broward County, in an all-out attempt to convince absolutely everyone with a functioning brain that they are in fact, dirty, rotten, lying, corrupt, demonic cheaters, turns in their recount totals (which would have increased Rick Scott's lead by several hundred votes) TWO MINUTES after the deadline. They of course waited to see what the results of the machine recount produced...saw that they favored Scott instead of Nelson...held on to their totals until 3:02 PM...praised themselves for their tremendous effort for such a difficult task (which over 60 other counties in Florida accomplished with no apparent trouble whatsoever), and called it a day. Outstanding work, Browardites! You somehow managed to make yourselves look even worse now than the whole world thought you were just two days ago!

It won't happen. Mueller still has nothing and he's so far out of his boundaries that it isn't funny. And people will tire quickly of the anti Trump feelings coming from the House. Sooner or later they have to stand for something.
Of course the board child can't wait. Just like Christmas and Easter mornings to him. Maybe his approach to all three will change once he grows up.

A fraud specialist went on Breitbart.com radio on Friday and said the Democratic scheme to add votes after election day is “potentially grounds for a RICO investigation.” www.breitbart.com/politics/2018/11/16/exclusive-expert-florida-democrats-alleged-election-fraud-potentially-grounds-for-rico-investigation/An effort to allegedly add Democrat votes after Election Day in Florida is “potentially grounds for a RICO” investigation, an election fraud expert says. The Government Accountability Institute (GAI) research director Eric Eggers exclusively told SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight‘s Senior Editors-at-Large Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak that a report revealing that Florida Democrats asked voters to submit absentee ballots after Election Day is a “smoking gun” and could possibly lead to a racketeering investigation. Eggers said: I spoke with a Republican attorney today who is quite familiar with this and connected to the inter-workings and they believe that it is not only the smoking gun, but it is potentially the grounds for a RICO case … this is not over. The first step is to get this out of the way. Let’s get the election certified and let’s get people sworn into office. But I think that this is a very real problem, ultimately whether it’s complete ignorance or an organized effort on behalf of the Florida Democratic Party to manipulate and violate the law … they sent altered forms out with the hopes that they could just get away with it because they could get some sympathetic judges who say, ‘Well, this is what the forms that these people received said so I guess we’ll have to go along with it.’ [Emphasis added] At the end of the day, the basic argument in Florida right now is this: Should the laws that were in place on the day of the election be upheld. And the Republicans are saying yes and the Democrats are saying no. [Emphasis added]
