I don’t think Trump or Sessions will fire him because of the ongoing Muh Russia investigation. They don’t want to give the dems any ammo for impeachment/obstruction. RR knows he’s in trouble as soon as the fisa docs are declassed. I’m thinking he’s resigning because he knows the shtf is about to start.

Robby Starbuck @robbystarbuck · 3h Democrats are tweeting me right now that Fake News doesn’t exist. Meanwhile mainstream media told us this morning that: • Rod Rosenstein has resigned • He hasn’t resigned • At White House to resign • Going to WH to be fired • Nevermind he’s not resigning or being fired today

dailycaller.com/2018/09/24/meet-noel-francisco-conservative-who-would-replace-rosenstein/Were Rod Rosenstein to resign as deputy attorney general, the Department of Justice’s rules of succession dictate that Solicitor General Noel Francisco would assume his post, pending President Donald Trump appointing someone outside the rules of succession. Francisco is currently the third-highest ranking official in the Department of Justice and would take over supervision of the Robert Mueller-run special counsel investigation, which has been ongoing since May 2017. Francisco would hypothetically have the authority to fire Mueller and end the investigation, were he to assume the new position. Francisco has rock-ribbed conservative credentials. He is a veteran clerk of late Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia and worked for the George W. Bush legal team during the Florida recount and the Bush White House as associate counsel to President Bush. Francisco worked for the Department of Justice in the Bush administration before moving back to private practice, where he argued multiple cases before the Supreme Court. Interestingly, Francisco is no fan of special counsels and is a firm advocate for the president’s constitutional power to shape the bureaucracy around him. He rebuked the vast investigative authority of “career prosecutors” looking into presidential administrations and has argued before the Supreme Court that the president has the authority to directly hire-and-fire every federal official who are behaving in a “subordinate” manner. Francisco wrote, “The Constitution gives the president what the framers saw as the traditional means of ensuring accountability: the power to oversee executive officers through removal. The president is accordingly authorized under our constitutional system to remove all principal officers, as well as all ‘inferior officers’ he has appointed.” lawandcrime.com/high-profile/if-rosenstein-is-fired-this-is-who-will-be-in-charge-of-robert-mueller/According to Law and Crime: When pressed as to whether it would be appropriate for the Department of Justice to appoint a special counsel to investigate the Bush administration, Francisco said, “I don’t think it would be appropriate.” He continued, saying, “My own personal belief is that when you hand these issues off to the career prosecutors in the public integrity sections in the U.S. attorneys’ offices in the Department of Justice, those attorneys are generally better able to assess whether a case should be pursued.” Francisco believes the Constitution empowers the president to directly hire-and-fire each and every official who has power via the executive branch. Appearing before the Supreme Court in February of this year during a case regarding administrative law judges at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Francisco argued, “The president’s constitutional responsibility to faithfully execute the laws requires adequate authority to remove subordinate officers.” The solicitor general continued, “The framers understood the close connection between the president’s ability to discharge his responsibilities as head of the executive branch and his control over its personnel. … The president’s ability to execute the law is thus inextricably linked to his authority to hold his subordinates accountable for their conduct.” Francisco has also publicly rebuked former FBI Director James Comey for refusing to prosecute Hillary Clinton for her misuse of government email and classified information. The op-ed accuses Comey of treating Clinton with “kid gloves” and cow-towing to powerful “political interests” in the controversial 2016 case. Francisco has also come out on the record supporting some of the more more controversial policies of the administration, including Trump’s travel ban. Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz recently raised the prospect of Noel Francisco being on the Supreme Court, were the Kavanaugh nomination to fall through. “Number one, U.S. Solicitor General Noel Francisco — he just argued and won the travel ban case in front of the Supreme Court — would make a phenomenal justice,” Cruz said. www.wsj.com/articles/the-fbi-treated-clinton-with-kid-gloves-1475709394dailycaller.com/2018/06/28/ted-cruz-scotus-list/

Dianne Feinstein George Soros has indirectly funded Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm behind the infamous Steele dossier, a spokesman for the billionaire financier has acknowledged. Michael Vachon, the Soros aide, told Washington Post columnist David Ignatius that Soros provided a grant to a nonprofit group called the Democracy Integrity Project. That organization, which was formed in 2017 by Daniel Jones, a former Senate Intelligence Committee staffer for Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California, paid Fusion GPS as a contractor to continue an investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. www.foxnews.com/politics/top-fbi-lawyer-baker-offers-explosive-testimony-on-abnormal-handling-of-russia-probe-into-trump-campaign-lawmakersFormer top FBI lawyer James Baker gave “explosive” closed-door testimony on Wednesday detailing for congressional investigators how the Russia probe was handled in an “abnormal fashion” reflecting “political bias,” according to two Republican lawmakers present for the deposition. “Some of the things that were shared were explosive in nature,” Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., told Fox News. “This witness confirmed that things were done in an abnormal fashion. That’s extremely troubling.” Meadows claimed the “abnormal” handling of the probe into alleged coordination between Russian officials and the Trump presidential campaign was “a reflection of inherent bias that seems to be evident in certain circles.” The FBI agent who opened the Russia case, Peter Strzok, FBI lawyer Lisa Page and others sent politically charged texts, and have since left the bureau. ....... dailycaller.com/2018/10/03/mark-meadows-surveillance-trump/“There’s a strong suggestion that confidential human sources actually taped members within the Trump campaign. There is strong suggestions in that some of the text messages, emails, and so forth who was involved, that extraordinary measures were used to surveil.” Meadows said in an interview with The Hill. Rep. Jim Jordan said, “there was another source giving information directly to the FBI, which we found the source to be pretty explosive.” Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is expected on Capitol Hill next Thursday, October 11th to give a closed-door interview following an explosive report by the NY Times claiming the DAG wore a wire and plotted to oust Trump from office. thehill.com/hilltv/rising/409638-meadows-says-there-is-strong-suggestion-undercover-fbi-sources-taped-trump

This Baker thing is HUGE. He is saying that the FBI and Dems were spying on Trump BEFORE the FISA application process. In fact, the FISA was only required once the NSA stopped the spying happening at the time, saying the FBI and Dems were abusing the separation of powers clause. The Russian Collusion story was a cover for the spying the DNC was already conducting on the Trump campaign. Admiral Rogers is a hero and national treasure. This stuff is getting worse and worse for the baddies.... Also, Baker showed new ways in which the FBI and DNC were using the press to control the narrative against Candidate and then President Trump. Unbelievable... The Hill: Collusion bombshell: DNC lawyers met with FBI on Russia allegations before surveillance warrant

FYI, three of these men were charged back in July: www.justice.gov/opa/pr/us-charges-russian-gru-officers-international-hacking-and-related-influence-andU.S. Charges Russian GRU Officers with International Hacking and Related Influence and Disinformation Operations Conspirators Included a Russian Intelligence “Close Access” Hacking Team that Traveled Abroad to Compromise Computer Networks Used by Anti-Doping and Sporting Officials and Organizations Investigating Russia’s Use of Chemical Weapons A grand jury in the Western District of Pennsylvania has indicted seven defendants, all officers in the Russian Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU), a military intelligence agency of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, for computer hacking, wire fraud, aggravated identity theft, and money laundering. According to the indictment, beginning in or around December 2014 and continuing until at least May 2018, the conspiracy conducted persistent and sophisticated computer intrusions affecting U.S. persons, corporate entities, international organizations, and their respective employees located around the world, based on their strategic interest to the Russian government. Among the goals of the conspiracy was to publicize stolen information as part of an influence and disinformation campaign designed to undermine, retaliate against, and otherwise delegitimize the efforts of international anti-doping organizations and officials who had publicly exposed a Russian state-sponsored athlete doping program and to damage the reputations of athletes around the world by falsely claiming that such athletes were using banned or performance-enhancing drugs. The charges were announced at a press conference by Assistant Attorney General for National Security John C. Demers, United States Attorney for the Western District of Pennsylvania Scott W. Brady, FBI Deputy Assistant Director for Cyber Division, Eric Welling, and Director General Mark Flynn for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. ........... So, still, nothing on Trump campaign collaboration &/or corroborating with Russia to “steal”the election.

thehill.com/hilltv/rising/409817-russia-collusion-bombshell-dnc-lawyers-met-with-fbi-on-dossier-beforeCollusion bombshell: DNC lawyers met with FBI on Russia allegations before surveillance warrant ...... Congressional investigators have confirmed that a top FBI official met with Democratic Party lawyers to talk about allegations of Donald Trump-Russia collusion weeks before the 2016 election, and before the bureau secured a search warrant targeting Trump’s campaign. Former FBI general counsel James Baker met during the 2016 season with at least one attorney from Perkins Coie, the Democratic National Committee’s private law firm. That’s the firm used by the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign to secretly pay research firm Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence operative, to compile a dossier of uncorroborated raw intelligence alleging Trump and Moscow were colluding to hijack the presidential election. The dossier, though mostly unverified, was then used by the FBI as the main evidence seeking a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant targeting the Trump campaign in the final days of the campaign. The revelation was confirmed both in contemporaneous evidence and testimony secured by a joint investigation by Republicans on the House Judiciary and Government Oversight committees, my source tells me. It means the FBI had good reason to suspect the dossier was connected to the DNC’s main law firm and was the product of a Democratic opposition-research effort to defeat Trump — yet failed to disclose that information to the FISA court in October 2016, when the bureau applied for a FISA warrant to surveil Trump campaign adviser Carter Page. “This is a bombshell that unequivocally shows the real collusion was between the FBI and Donald Trump’s opposition — the DNC, Hillary and a Trump-hating British intel officer — to hijack the election, rather than some conspiracy between Putin and Trump,” a knowledgeable source told me. Baker was interviewed by lawmakers behind closed doors on Wednesday. Sources declined to divulge his testimony, other than to say it confirmed other evidence about the contact between the Perkins Coie law firm and the FBI. The sources also said Baker’s interview broke new ground both about the FBI’s use of news media in 2016 and 2017 to further the Trump case and about Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s conversations in spring 2017 regarding possible use of a body wire to record Trump. “The interview was one of the most productive we had and it opened up many new investigative leads,” one source said. Another said Baker could not answer some questions about FBI media contacts, citing an ongoing investigation by the Justice Department inspector general into alleged illegal leaks, during and after the election, about the Trump collusion probe and other matters. These revelations illustrate anew how much the FBI and Justice Department have withheld from the public about their collaboration and collusion with clearly partisan elements of the Clinton campaign and the DNC, Fusion and Steele, that were trying to defeat Trump. The growing body of evidence that the FBI used mostly politically-motivated, unverified intelligence from an opponent to justify spying on the GOP nominee’s campaign — just weeks before Election Day — has prompted a growing number of Republicans to ask President Trump to declassify the rest of the FBI’s main documents in the Russia collusion case.

Rep. Devin Nunes: James Baker was the top lawyer at the FBI. He reported directly to James Comey. Numerous officials at the DOJ and FBI have told us under oath that nobody at the FBI or DOJ knew anything about the Democratic Party being behind the Clinton (Russian dossier) dirt. Well now you have one of the top lawyers for the Democrats and the Clinton Campaign who was feeding information directly to the top lawyer at the FBI before even the FISA warrant. So now you have absolute proof that that wasn’t told to the FISA court. So you want your evidence of FISA abuse? There it is right there… People should know it’s probably not appropriate for a top lawyer from the Democratic Party to take dirt and give it to the top lawyer of the FBI… Don’t forget. Originally the story from FBI and DOJ was that Republicans had started this information and given this information and that has been totally blown out of the water.

Watching a Frontline hit piece on the Trump campaign, obstruction, and the "war" against the IC. Brennan, Clapper, Jeh Johnson, former Obama administration officials, and various "journalists" all give their unbiased opinions on this and more. Not a peep that so much of the information from Mueller is total bs.
The main theme of the piece seems to be promotion of Saint James. Fighting for truth, justice, and the American way. Comey didn't leak. He just had important information that needed to get out. Not far behind was Mueller - another great American.
