www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/05/09/pressure-mounts-pa-gov-tom-wolf-democrats-question-coronavirus-shutdown/Pressure Mounts on Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf as Even Democrats Now Question Coronavirus Shutdown Pressure is increasing on Gov. Tom Wolf (D) to reopen Pennsylvania, even among Democrats, as it is revealed that the vast majority of recent coronavirus deaths in the state occurred at nursing homes or personal care facilities, the Morning Call revealed this week. Roughly 80 percent of the recently reported deaths in the state of Pennsylvania, 247 out of the 310 reported on Thursday, occurred at either a nursing home or personal care facility. www.mcall.com/coronavirus/mc-nws-pa-homes-tragedy-virus-20200507-yw2cck3cnvfvnc5bx6jm6ayjga-story.html“There is no excuse for what is going on, okay?” Chester County State Sen. Andrew Dinniman, a Democrat, stated, contending that the Department of Health has failed the most vulnerable — those in nursing homes. “A total of 3,416 coronavirus deaths has been reported statewide through Thursday. Of those, 2,355, or nearly 69 percent, were associated with nursing or personal care homes,” the outlet reported: In the Lehigh Valley, the state reported 177 deaths in such facilities, with 77 in Lehigh County and 100 in Northampton County. This week, the nursing homes operated by Lehigh and Northampton counties, Cedarbrook and Gracedale, both reported sharp increases in deaths. … Over the past seven days, about 76% of deaths added to the state’s total — 850 of the 1,124 newly reported deaths — were at personal care homes or nursing homes. The statewide death toll has risen to 3,616 as of Saturday morning as the majority of healthy, low-risk individuals remain under stringent lockdown orders. On Friday, Gov. Tom Wolf (D) announced 13 counties that will be allowed to move into the “yellow” phase of reopening next week — a phase that continues to come with a host of restrictions. Twenty-four Pennsylvania counties moved into that phase on Friday. However, some local leaders of counties in “red” phase states are outraged over the governor’s decision. Dan Camp, commissioner chairman of Pennsylvania’s Beaver County, said on Friday that the governor’s decision to keep the county in the “red” phase is “unwarranted and irrational,” noting that the vast majority of the county’s coronavirus-related deaths stemmed from nursing homes. “It’s no secret that nearly 70 percent of our COVID-19 cases and more than 90 percent of Beaver County’s COVID-19 related deaths are attributed to one nursing home within the county,” he said, essentially corroborating the greater findings. On Wednesday, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s (UPMC) chief medical officer, Dr. Steven Shapiro, also called for the state to reopen, noting that in Pennsylvania, the median age of death from the virus is 84. “The few younger patients who died all had significant preexisting conditions. Very few children were infected and none died. Minorities in our communities fared equally as well as others, but we know that this is not the case nationally,” Shapiro said during a roundtable discussion with Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA). “In sum, this is a disease of the elderly, sick and poor,” he added. The news coincides with a recent analysis of a provisional data set published by the Centers for Disease Control’s National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), which found that the average age of Americans who have died as a result of the coronavirus between February 1 and May 2 is 75.

But, be a citizen and walk on a beach, or try to open a buisness and you will go to jail. www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/05/07/sanctuary-california-illegal-alien-child-rapist-freed-six-times-into-u-s/Sanctuary California: Illegal Alien Child Rapist Freed Six Times into U.S. A “Most Wanted” illegal alien convicted of raping a minor and domestic violence was released six times into the United States thanks to California’s sanctuary state policy before he was captured by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. Kristian Jonas Gamez Trejo, a 25-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, first entered the U.S. illegally prior to April 2014 before he was deported months later in June. The following year, he illegally returned to the country and was deported in December 2015. In August 2016, after again illegally entering the U.S., Gamez was arrested in San Francisco, California, for felony sex with a minor. San Francisco officials released Gamez from jail despite a request by ICE that he be turned over to the agency. Two months after his release from jail, Gamez was convicted of felony sex with a minor and sentenced to 87 days in jail along with five years of probation. Throughout 2017, Gamez was arrested four times in San Francisco on various charges. Each time, police released Gamez rather than turning him over to ICE. In April 2019, Gamez was again arrested by San Francisco officials on domestic violence charges. In October 2019, Gamez was convicted of misdemeanor battery and given a 180-day jail sentence. In February 2020, San Francisco officials released Gamez for the sixth time instead of honoring ICE’s request to turn him over to their custody. On April 28, ICE finally captured Gamez after years of the illegal alien being on the agency’s Most Wanted list. “There is no reason this convicted child predator should have been turned loose into our community,” ICE official David Jennings said in a statement. “Even California’s misguided SB54 sanctuary policy allows local authorities to turn over to ICE any criminal aliens convicted of felony crimes of sexual exploitation or crimes endangering children.” ICE officials have said that Los Angeles County, California, alone, releases up to 100 criminal illegal aliens a day from its county jails. In two years, California set loose at least 5,600 criminal illegal aliens back into American communities rather than turning them over to ICE.

dailycaller.com/2020/05/08/harvard-university-ties-jeffrey-epstein-martin-nowak-coronavirus-pay-workers/Harvard Is Still Paying Child Rapist Jeffrey Epstein’s Pal — Tried To Cut Pay For Its Low Wage Workers Harvard has been making the rounds in the news lately, but for scandal more than scholarship. Harvard biology professor Martin A. Nowak was placed on paid administrative leave May 1 after a review into the university’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein revealed extensive contact between the professor and the convicted sex offender, the Harvard Crimson reported. Simultaneously, it took pressure from workers’ unions and student advocacy groups to convince Harvard to provide pay and benefits to its subcontractors and temporary workers, which include workers in the dining and catering industry, after the university shut down due to coronavirus in March and didn’t include contract workers, Eater reported. “We simply do not believe that the world’s richest university can justify depriving its workers and students of income during a global pandemic,” Bouverat, a law student, wrote in a petition urging Harvard to pay workers. “This is not a request for frivolous discretionary spending, but a demand that Harvard take necessary measures to protect the health and well-being of its staff and students throughout this ongoing crisis.” CAMBRIDGE, MASSACHUSETTS - MARCH 23: The Harvard University campus is shown on March 23, 2020 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. (Photo by Maddie Meyer/Getty Images) Harvard’s review found several weeks later that Epstein had visited Harvard more than 40 times after he was convicted of sex charges involving a minor in 2008, according to the New York Times. Epstein had unrestricted campus access, his own office, key card, and Harvard phone line. He had no official Harvard affiliation, but he had donated $9.1 million to the university. (RELATED: Harvard Review Shows University Kept Ties With Jeffrey Epstein After 2008 Conviction) Epstein was entrenched in Harvard. A Vanity Fair article from 2011 describes his “fan club” as consisting of Harvard’s president at the time and a former dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Nowak is described as being “thrilled” to shake the hand of Prince Andrew at Epstein’s house. Andrew has a long relationship with Epstein, and denied sexual misconduct before receding from public life, the NYT reported. Epstein attempted to use Harvard and Nowak’s Program for Evolutionary Dynamics to burnish his image following the 2008 conviction. Nowasi was regularly mentioned in press releases issued by Epstein’s foundations. Epstein donated $6.5 million to launch PED in 2003. Nowak thanked Epstein for financial support in his 2011 book and several papers he published between 2009 and 2012, Buzzfeed reported. (Photo by Maddie Meyer/Getty Images) In 2013, Epstein’s publicist asked Nowak’s department to post links to the websites of Epstein’s foundations that included “both flattering descriptions of Epstein as a science philanthropist and false claims about the level of support he provided to Harvard. In 2014, Epstein’s publicist asked Professor Nowak to feature Epstein in a full page on PED’s Harvard website. Professor Nowak approved each of these requests.” The review, however, found that neither the university, nor the faculty in the College of Arts and Sciences, knew about the postings and they were taken down in 2014 after complaints from a sexual assault survivor group. “The report issued today describes principled decision-making but also reveals institutional and individual shortcomings that must be addressed not only for the sake of the university but also in recognition of the courageous individuals who sought to bring Epstein to justice,” said Harvard President Larry Bacow.

US Army soldiers built a massive to field hospital in Seattle’s CenturyLink Field Events Center in late March to treat coronavirus patients. But the facility was never used and was taken down in April. The US Army Corps of Engineers mobilized in the U.S. in March hiring private contractors to build emergency field hospitals around the country. But most of the facilities never treated a single patient. The cost of the facilities was reportedly $660 million. This is another example of how top US doctors based their decisions using garbage coranavirus models. The field hospitals had capacity to treat 14,817 coronavirus patients across the US. The field hospitals treated only 1,177 patients. 1,095 of those patients were at the NYC Javits Center. Via NPR: www.npr.org/2020/05/07/851712311/u-s-field-hospitals-stand-down-most-without-treating-any-covid-19-patientsU.S. Field Hospitals Stand Down, Most Without Treating Any COVID-19 Patients As hospitals were overrun by coronavirus patients in other parts of the world, the Army Corps of Engineers mobilized in the U.S., hiring private contractors to build emergency field hospitals around the country. The endeavor cost more than $660 million, according to an NPR analysis of federal spending records. But nearly four months into the pandemic, most of these facilities haven't treated a single patient. Field Hospitals Around The U.S. Go Unused The Army Corps of Engineers has contracted with private companies to turn convention centers and other sites into emergency field hospitals. Federal spending totaled more than $660 million. Most of these facilities haven’t treated a single COVID-19 patient. Some haven’t opened. Others have closed but could reopen if there’s a resurgence in cases. This data on some of the biggest projects is current as of Monday. Public health experts said this episode exposes how ill-prepared the U.S. is for a pandemic. They praised the Army Corps for quickly providing thousands of extra beds, but experts said there wasn't enough planning to make sure these field hospitals could be put to use once they were finished. "It's so painful because what it's showing is that the plans we have in place, they don't work," said Robyn Gershon, a professor at New York University's School of Global Public Health. "We have to go back to the drawing board and redo it." But the nation's governors — who requested the Army Corps projects and, in some cases, contributed state funding — said they're relieved these facilities didn't get more use. They said early models predicted a catastrophic shortage of hospital beds, and no one knew for sure when or if stay-at-home orders would reduce the spread of the coronavirus. "All those field hospitals and available beds sit empty today," Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Republican, said last month. "And that's a very, very good thing." ..................................................

Chris Koos is mayor of Normal, Illinois in Mclean County. There are 169,572 people in McLean County Illinois. There have been 112 cases of coronavirus in McLean County, Illinois and 3 coronavirus deaths this year. Advertisement - story continues below Chris Koos has the city of Normal shut down due to the coronavirus. Well, most of Normal anyway. Chris Koos left his bike shop “Vitesse Cycle Shop” open. He declared it essential business. Earlier this week there was a protest to re-open the city and allow residents to work. Instead of listening to the protesters Mayor Koos mocked them. Normal Il mayor taunted “nonessential” struggling citizens and business owners while his business is OPEN. The banner proves he has NO compassion for his own community. He knew people were coming to protest, his message to those NOT ALLOWED to work: his middle finger!
Worse – Koos told the police to fine or arrest nonessential citizens who dare to earn a living.
Koos was brazen enough to post this picture on his Facebook page, minus the text of course. This tyrant is proud of himself!

www.breitbart.com/politics/2020/05/09/whitmer-admin-sics-michigan-cops-on-77-year-old-barber-defying-shutdown/Whitmer Admin Sics Michigan Cops on 77-Year-Old Barber Defying Shutdown A 77-year-old Michigan barber said he won’t stop working “unless he is tasered by the police or Jesus Christ himself walks in” and will continue defying Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s executive orders. Karl Manke, owner of Karl Manke’s Barber & Beauty Shop in Owosso, has remained open despite the stay-at-home order. Manke told ABC 12 he reopened after unemployment benefits were denied three times. He has been cited for violating the shutdown order, and supporters have stepped up to pay the fines. On Friday, state police showed up with an order from Whitmer’s administration to close. “Today Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Director Robert Gordon acted under the authority granted to him by state law to issue an order that is necessary to correct conditions that pose an imminent threat to the health or lives of people in Michigan,” the department said in a statement to NBC 25. “The order requires Karl Manke’s Barbershop in Shiawassee County, which overtly defied Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s order, to immediately close to the public.” Despite the legal threats, Manke vowed to stay open as long as he can. “Whatever way it is, they’re going to have to drag me kicking and screaming out of this building,” he told ABC 12. “If the barbershop does not comply with the order, the state will ask a judge in Shiawassee Circuit Court to issue a temporary restraining order,” the department said. “If such an order is issued and the barbershop owner fails to comply, he can be held in contempt of court.” Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel also weighed in: Mr. Manke was given every opportunity to voluntarily comply with the Governor’s Executive Order and the order of the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services Director. As a result of his continued operation, today his business was deemed an imminent danger to the public health and ordered to be shut down by the DHHS Director. If he refuses, the Department of Attorney General will request an order from the Shiawassee County Circuit Court on Monday to close his business. Mr. Manke’s actions are not a display of harmless civil disobedience. His actions are counterproductive to the collective effort businesses and communities everywhere have made to slow the spread of COVID-19, and by opening the doors to his business, he’s putting the lives of many more Michiganders at risk. “I just couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t do that,” Manke told radio host Steve Gruber about continuing to work. “I don’t care really if I have to spend all of the money I’m making right now to pay my fine, it’s worth it,” he said. He said he will only leave “if they drag me out in the street or Jesus comes.” Manke said he has fielded calls from other barbers about what to do. “You have to have courage,” he said. Manke’s attorney, Bill Amadeo, told The Argus-Press that his client would be seeking a jury trial. Amadeo said Manke would be pleading “not guilty” during a June 6th court hearing.

Another Democrat Governor being legally put in their place. www.whas11.com/article/news/local/judge/417-c137d005-ba80-4e6d-bc45-c05a061cc7d5A federal judge has made a late-night ruling, saying churches in Kentucky can hold in-person services on Sunday. This comes two weeks before Governor Andy Beshear said those services could resume on May 20.
Attorney General Cameron released the following statement regarding the rulings by two federal courts:
“Two federal courts tonight issued orders, in two separate cases, against Governor Beshear’s unconstitutional executive orders prohibiting religious services. Both rulings affirm that the law prohibits the government from treating houses of worship differently than secular activities during this pandemic.
Freedom of religion, enshrined in the founding documents of our nation and our Commonwealth, has been affirmed many times over by our judiciary and was once again upheld tonight. The rulings should serve as a reminder that the pillars of our nation stand strong even in the midst of a crisis and are not to be ignored, cast aside, or downplayed, regardless of the circumstances.
I encourage all houses of worship to prayerfully and carefully consider when it is the right time to resume in-person services consistent with health guidelines. Although these rulings protect the religious liberty of Kentuckians, we must continue to do our part to protect the health of our fellow citizens by reopening carefully.”

www.dailywire.com/news/gun-control-activist-posted-photo-of-republican-candidate-wearing-offensive-shirt-the-photo-was-fakeGun-Control Activist Posted Photo Of Republican Candidate Wearing Offensive Shirt. The Photo Was Fake.Shannon Watts, founder of anti-gun rights group Moms Demand Action, shared a photo last week in an attempt to hurt the campaign of Nick Frietas, a Republican running for congress in Virginia. The Washington Free Beacon reported that Watts posted a tweet with the photo on Thursday, but has since deleted the image after it was proven to be a fake. “Freitas, an Army veteran, is running to unseat freshman representative Abigail Spanberger (D., Va.), who is backed by prominent gun-control groups, including Moms Demand Action. Watts, who founded the group in 2012, falsely accused Freitas of promoting a t-shirt that bears the Moms Demand Action logo, but features stick figures engaged in various acts of sexual congress and depravity. The Thursday tweet, which Watts has since deleted, included a fundraising plea in support of Spanberger,” the Free Beacon reported. Freitas called out Watts, saying she engaged in the “politics of slander” to help her preferred candidate. “Not only is this ‘tweet’ verifiably fake, but she used it to slander my wife,” Freitas tweeted in response. “If they can’t win on issues, they engage in the politics of slander + personal destruction.” He went on to ask Spanberger if she stood behind the “lies your allies @momsdemand are spreading to raise money for you.” The T-Shirt Watts alleged Freitas wore in the photo does exist, but it was designed in April 2019, while the photo shared by Watts was allegedly taken on August 30, 2016, the Free Beacon reported. The shirt was created by Jill McDaniel, who founded the Second Amendment rights group Mom-At-Arms. “According to founder Jill McDaniel, the group looked to ‘troll’ Watts by sharing photos of the shirts paired with messages of support toward Moms Demand Action. The tactic proved successful—both Watts and Democratic Pittsburgh mayor Bill Peduto liked and retweeted posts featuring the shirt in August and November 2019, respectively,” the Free Beacon reported. The outlet further reported that in “December 2019, Moms Demand Action sent Mom-At-Arms’s t-shirt vendor a cease and desist letter for trademark infringement,” but “McDaniel said her group did not make the shirt available for purchase to the public and donated all profits made from the shirt, a total of $10.49, to the Virginia Citizens Defense League.” Freitas, a former Green Beret and current Virginia delegate, is looking to unseat Spanberger, who defeated Rep. Dave Brat in 2018, becoming the first Democrat to hold the seat since 1971. “Her seat is now a top target for Republicans looking to gain control of the House. The nonpartisan Cook Political Report changed its rating of the race from ‘lean Democratic’ to ‘toss-up’ in February, citing Freitas’s candidacy and Spanberger’s vote to impeach President Donald Trump,” the Free Beacon reported.

Freitas, an Army veteran, is running to unseat freshman representative Abigail Spanberger (D., Va.), who is backed by prominent gun-control groups, including Moms Demand Action. Watts, who founded the group in 2012, falsely accused Freitas of promoting a t-shirt that bears the Moms Demand Action logo, but features stick figures engaged in various acts of sexual congress and depravity. Freitas responded to the attack Thursday, accusing Watts of engaging in "politics of slander" to bolster her candidate. "Not only is this ‘tweet' verifiably fake, but she used it to slander my wife," Freitas said in a tweet. "If they can't win on issues, they engage in the politics of slander + personal destruction." He went on to ask Spanberger if she stood behind the "lies your allies @momsdemand are spreading to raise money for you." Spanberger has not addressed Watts's tweet and did not respond to a request for comment. Spanberger narrowly defeated former GOP representative Dave Brat in 2018, becoming the first Democrat to represent Virginia's Seventh Congressional District since 1971. Her seat is now a top target for Republicans looking to gain control of the House. The nonpartisan Cook Political Report changed its rating of the race from "lean Democratic" to "toss-up" in February, citing Freitas's candidacy and Spanberger's vote to impeach President Donald Trump. The t-shirt in question was designed by Mom-At-Arms, a Second Amendment rights group, in April 2019. The photoshopped image Watts used showed Freitas promoting the shirt on August 30, 2016. Jill McDaniel, who founded Mom-At-Arms in December 2018, confirmed the shirt did not exist at the time of Freitas's supposed promotion. According to founder Jill McDaniel, the group looked to "troll" Watts by sharing photos of the shirts paired with messages of support toward Moms Demand Action. The tactic proved successful—both Watts and Democratic Pittsburgh mayor Bill Peduto liked and retweeted posts featuring the shirt in August and November 2019, respectively. McDaniel said her group did not make the shirt available for purchase to the public and donated all profits made from the shirt, a total of $10.49, to the Virginia Citizens Defense League. A former Green Beret and outspoken gun-rights supporter, Freitas has served in the Virginia House of Delegates since 2016. He has received endorsements from major national Republicans, including Rep. Dan Crenshaw (Tex.) and Sens. Ted Cruz (Tex.), Rand Paul (Ky.), and Mike Lee (Utah). He will have to emerge from a crowded GOP primary before facing Spanberger in November. Freitas currently leads the primary, which boasts seven other candidates, in fundraising, taking in more than $600,000 since launching his campaign in December. The Virginia GOP planned to select a nominee at its April convention, but the event was postponed due to the coronavirus and has yet to be rescheduled. Moms Demand Action did not respond to a request for comment.

Xi met with WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus on January 21 to request that he withhold information about human-to-human transition and delay the declaration of a global pandemic, according to German magazine Der Spiegel. This was difficult to watch.
A mother was arrested near Parliament of New South Wales in Sidney, Australia on Saturday for peacefully protesting the Coronavirus lockdown order.
The woman, who brought her young son with her to protest, wore a yellow sign that read: ‘If you don’t know your rights, you don’t have any. Magna Carta.’
The protester told the police that she wasn’t doing anything wrong by peacefully standing outside, however they harassed her and repeatedly asked for her name.
The woman refused to give her name to the police and that’s when the police turned into aggressive Gestapo thugs.
The police ripped the woman’s young son out of her arms as they arrested her.
The young boy was kicking and screaming “leave mummy alone!” after the police forcefully ripped him out of his mother’s arms.
The police officers, who were not social distancing or wearing masks, said the woman was arrested for not complying with social distancing regulations.

Musk criticized local California officials, saying that he is preparing to relocate to Texas or Nevada after Alameda County Public Health Department interim health officer Erica Pan said Friday that Tesla does not have the okay to reopen. “Tesla is filing a lawsuit against Alameda County immediately,” Musk wrote on Twitter before condemning the county’s “unelected & ignorant” health care officials who he said are “acting contrary to the Governor, the President, our Constitutional freedoms & just plain common sense!” Alameda County, where Tesla’s headquarters are based, “is still a bit stricter” on when businesses can open up, Pan told reporters during an online town hall meeting. Musk said during the call that people should be allowed to quarantine themselves if they wish, but added: “to say that they cannot leave their house, and they will be arrested if they do, this is fascist. This is not democratic. This is not freedom. Give people back their goddamn freedom.” Meanwhile, California’s economy is falling off a proverbial cliff. (RELATED: Elon Musk Floats Possible Solution To Coronavirus Strain, Still Says The Panic Is ‘Dumb’) Gov. Gavin Newsom’s stay-at-home orders in March forced non-essential businesses to close, prompting millions of Californians to file for unemployment. The Democrat’s administration is predicting that the state will hit 18% unemployment after registering a 3.9% unemployment rate at the start of 2020.

www.foxnews.com/us/coronavirus-california-reopen-church-service-gov-newsom-pastors A network of 3,000 California churches, representing 2.5 million members, plans to defy Gov. Gavin Newsom by resuming in-person services, as pastors insist they’ve been left out of the process.
California Church United pastors announced Thursday in front of a Fontana megachurch that they plan to open May 31, instead of waiting until stage 3, when gyms, movie theaters, and other venues open, the San Bernardino County Sun reports.
May 31 was chosen because it is Pentecost, marking the birth of the Christian Church when the Holy Spirit descended upon the apostles and followers of Jesus, according to Christian tradition, fitting for a “rebirth” of services.
“Our churches are part of the answer, not part of the problem,” said Danny Carroll, senior pastor at Water of Life Community Church. “We’re an essential part of this whole journey and we’ve been bypassed … kicked to the curb and deemed nonessential.”
Matt Brown, pastor of Sandals Church in Riverside, blasted Newsom for deeming churches nonessential during the pandemic: “We are torn between caring for and loving our people and his order.
“He didn’t ask us. He overstepped and he’s overreached,” Brown said. “And he needs to step back and he needs to declare that the church is an essential part of what we do as Americans, as what we do as Californians.

needtoknow.news/2020/05/un-chief-says-pandemic-must-be-used-to-deindustrialize-west/The head of the United Nations called for global leaders to “use the pandemic recovery” to roll out their global climate change agenda, including allowing fossil fuel companies to collapse and using taxpayer stimulus money to fund green jobs.
U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres said during the Petersberg Virtual Dialogue, a two-day international conference on global warming, in Berlin, Germany that the economic turmoil caused by the coronavirus pandemic presents a “rare and short window of opportunity” to accelerate their globalist 2030 Agenda project.
“It has exposed the fragility of our societies and economies to shocks,” Guterres said Tuesday, adding that “the only answer is brave, visionary and collaborative leadership.”
........ These are dark days, but they are not without hope. We have a rare and short window of opportunity to rebuild our world for the better.”

justthenews.com/politics-policy/coronavirus/doctors-and-clinical-researchers-challenge-uns-who-cdc-and-dr-faucisFrontline COVID-19 doctors this week have gone public saying they feel pressured to show COVID-19 as cause-of-death on certificates of patients suspected of having the virus when they also have had underlying medical conditions. Dr. Jonathan Fishbein, a clinical researcher, says the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Disease and the World Health Organization have issued “vague if not misguided recommendations that unfortunately have been adopted by national, state and local leaders.” “It is absolutely critical that we have accurate data to support decision-makers,” he also told Just the News. “If the data in our assessments included patients who have not definitively tested positive for COVID-19, that provides misleading information to policy-makers… …It is unusual when there is a new disease and a patient dies and the cause of their death may be their underlying condition like diabetes or congestive heart failure and the doctors are pressured to report the cause of death as COVID-19 instead. Such reporting could result in inaccurately inflating the number of virus-related deaths and hurt those drafting public health policy for future pandemics or epidemics.

All week the liberal media was unglued over the tragic story of a young black Georgian, Ahmaud Arbery, who was shot dead by two white men and likely racists. Of course, our hearts go out to his family. The Georgia NAACP posted this description online of the shooting of Arbery who was ‘murdered’ by ‘white supremacists’ while he was out jogging. Well, about that....... The Atlanta Journal Constitution released security video of Ahmaud Arbery breaking into homes on McMichael’s Street. Jack Posobiec reported– New AJC video appears to show Ahmaud Arbery entering new house on McMichael’s street, running out after spotted by neighbor. It looks like, once again, the media and liberal hacks jumped the gun on a story to promote a narrative and NOT the truth.

Bartiromo broke news this morning that cell phone records show there was a shutdown at the Wuhan Virology Lab in October of 2019.
Cell phone data suggests the roads around the Wuhan lab was shut down for a number of days in October. This was around the same time of the expected viral release.
This is a HUGE development!

www.dailywire.com/news/andrew-cuomo-finally-reverses-order-forcing-nursing-homes-to-take-covid-patients-demands-testing-for-care-workersAndrew Cuomo FINALLY Reverses Order Forcing Nursing Homes To Take COVID Patients, Demands Testing For Care Workers After months of deadly outbreaks that gave rise to nearly a third of all coronavirus-related deaths in New York state, governor Andrew Cuomo finally reversed a state order Saturday, requiring nursing homes and other long-term care facilities to take COVID-19 positive patients. Last week, state authorities identified an additional, unreported 1,700 coronavirus deaths that took place in the state’s nursing homes but went uncounted in the state’s official death toll for a variety of reasons. The new report, released last Monday, showed that “at least 4,813 residents with confirmed or presumed cases of COVID-19 have died at 351 of New York’s 613 nursing homes since March 1, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s administration’s new list,” according to Time Magazine. Those deaths likely stem from a New York regulation requiring nursing homes to accept COVID-positive patients after they’d been released from the hospital or face the wrath of the state. Federal laws require those same patients to be quarantined away from the general population, but many of the facilities that took in those recovering from the coronavirus — many of whom may have still been contagious — did not have the staff or the means to take necessary precautions or the resources to conduct regular testing of both patients and caregivers. On Sunday, Cuomo reassured New Yorkers that the state would no longer send coronavirus-positive patients to nursing facilities, “revers[ing] his March 25 directive forcing nursing homes to readmit residents who were treated at a hospital for COVID19. Those residents can only come back if the[y] test negative for the virus,” according to reporter Zack Fink. “Now, ‘we’re just not going to send a person who is positive to a nursing home after a hospital visit,’ Cuomo said Sunday,” per ABC News. “He said such patients would be accommodated elsewhere, suggesting they could be directed to sites originally set up as temporary hospitals.” Cuomo also released a new set of nursing home regulations, telling Twitter that, “All nursing home staff must now be tested for COVID twice a week. This rule is not optional — it’s mandatory.” In a speech, he also acknowledged that nursing homes are breeding grounds for the novel coronavirus. Nursing homes, of course, serve the elderly — already the population most at risk from dying from COVID-19 — as well as those suffering from long term, often debilitating, physical and mental illnesses. “This virus uses nursing homes,” he said. “They are ground zero. They’re the vulnerable population in the vulnerable location.” Across the country, the New York Times reported Saturday, a third of all coronavirus-related deaths have taken place in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities serving adults. More than 150,000 people — both residents and caregivers — have been infected at more than 77,000 facilities nationwide. ‘While just 11 percent of the country’s cases have occurred in long-term care facilities, deaths related to Covid-19 in these facilities account for more than a third of the country’s pandemic fatalities,” the NYT reported. “The share of deaths tied to long-term care facilities for older adults is even more stark at the state level. In 15 states, the number of residents and workers who have died accounts for more than half of all deaths from the virus.” The situation tracks closely with that in Europe, where nearly 50% of all coronavirus deaths were people living in long-term residential and nursing care facilities, according to Business Insider.

For some reason the national mainstream media did not play up the color of the shooter in this horrific double murder. Weird, huh? It’s almost like the national mainstream media purposely lies to the American public? Strange. 29-year-old Sheldon Francis gunned down a married couple in their 80s on Friday in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery. The woman died at the scene, her husband died a day later. baltimore.cbslocal.com/2020/05/10/delaware-cemetery-shooting-latest-suspect-identified-sheldon-francis/According to police, Sheldon Francis, 29, of Middletown, Delaware, shot the 85-year-old woman and 86-year-old man while they were visiting the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery just before 10:15 a.m. Friday. The woman died at the scene, while the man died the next day at a hospital. Police found Francis dead around six hours after the shooting in a wooded area near the cemetery. Hours earlier, officers and Francis exchanged gunfire in the area. It’s unclear if Francis died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound or from a shot during the earlier gunfire, police said. Police have not yet released the couples’ names pending family notification.

www.breitbart.com/health/2020/05/10/california-nail-salons-plan-sue-gov-gavin-newsom-after-he-said-source-coronavirus/California Nail Salons Plan to Sue Gov. Gavin Newsom After He Said They Were Source of Coronavirus California nail salons are planning to sue Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom after he said they were to blame for the first case of the coronavirus in the state. It all started when the California governor was asked why nail salons were part of phase 3 of reopening instead of phase 2, KGO reported. abc7news.com/first-case-of-coronavirus-in-california-nail-salon-covid-nails/6164770/This whole thing started in the state of California, the first community spread, in a nail salon,” Newsom said Thursday. His remarks drew a backlash from the beauty industry in California and the Vietnamese-American community, who own most of the salons in the state. The tension mounts even more as California is moving into its next phase of reopening, and while more businesses were allowed to reopen for curbside pickup and delivery in this next phase, nail salons were nowhere near reopening. This brought in an association of barber shops and salons, which said it would try to sue to attempt to force the California Democrat to let them reopen sooner. “I have dealt at a very close proximity with cashiers, with Walmart associates, with Costco and Sam’s Club associates, with a Home Depot guy who helped me cut some wood. None of them had gloves; only some of them had masks,” Fred Jones, public policy director and legal counsel for the Professional Beauty Federation of California, told KCRA. “There’s not going to be a salon in California, when we reopen, that doesn’t have both. We are trained in this,” he said. Some salons have already opened despite Newsom’s order. In Northern California, a line went out the door of a Yuba City salon on Wednesday. Some of the customers wore masks while others did not. Newsom said at least 33 salons operating illegally have been shut down across the state. California entered its first phase of stage two of reopening on Friday, which allows curbside pickup at retail stores and the reopening of parks for hiking and trails.

www.dailywire.com/news/san-francisco-residents-sue-city-over-homeless-encampment-that-tripled-during-coronavirus-outbreakResidents of the Tenderloin neighborhood in San Francisco, California — a neighborhood already under seige by a homeless encampment, drug use, and unsanitary conditions — are suing the city of San Francisco after the encampment grew by 300% during the city’s coronavirus outbreak. “The number of tents and makeshift structures in the Tenderloin has tripled since January, as homeless shelters are forced to operate at low capacity in order to enforce stringent social distancing requirements,” according to Fox News. The Tenderloin is the epicenter of San Francisco’s homeless problem and, previous to the coronavirus pandemic, was the part of the city hardest hit by what residents termed “code browns,” or incidents of human feces littering the sidewalks. At one point, local news reports, the problem got so bad that Tenderloin residents enlisted their own “Community Benefit District,” to power-wash the sidewalks once a week. “Everyday — it’s a common occurrence, seeing a feces every single day, especially the Tenderloin. It’s really bad. You can’t go with about two steps without stepping on something,” one resident told a local outlet last December. San Francisco, of course, is now famous for its “poop problem,” which has already cost the city millions of dollars to handle, including hundreds of thousands of dollars for a “poop patrol” tasked with doing nothing but addressing incidents of human feces on city sidewalks. The issue even gave rise to several apps, tracking the number and location of 311 calls reporting dirty streets, drug paraphernalia, and unsanitary conditions. Now, Fox News reports, residents say the problem has gotten so bad, they’re suing the city government in Federal court to force them to clean up the mess. “The federal lawsuit, filed last week in part by the University of California Hastings College of Law, does not seek financial damages but instead demands the city clean up streets littered with drug needles and human waste. The litigants are also seeking help for people living in sidewalk tents, saying they are at increased risk of COVID-19,” the outlet said Monday. “We are suing because our neighborhood has become a pandemic containment zone,” the Hastings College of Law dean told media. “The city has basically cordoned off our area. Tents are blocking the streets. Tents are blocking doorways. There are needles in the streets. There’s open-air drug dealing.” The complainants say they fear that the “virus is raging in the neighborhood,” putting its residents (both homed and homeless) at heightened risk. San Francisco’s mayor, London Breed, rolled out a plan for the neighborhood last week, but the plan largely addresses the needs of the homeless, not more permanent Tenderloin residents. The plan “involves ushering people experiencing homelessness to sanctioned ‘safe-sleeping’ encampments and enforcing rules requiring sidewalk tents to be at least six feet apart,” erecting temporary showers and restrooms for the homeless, and providing them with healthcare services and food. “I think the plan is entirely inadequate. It essentially institutionalizes the status quo. It simply keeps everybody in place. It is a Band-Aid when a bandage is needed,” Hastings’ dean said. “It was thrown together in response because they knew the lawsuit was coming, but it clearly does not provide a real solution.” The plan, he added, doesn’t address the other issues, like rampant drug use. “I don’t know of any place in America where health mandates are so flagrantly violated as in the Tenderloin,” one Tenderloin resident told media. “It hasn’t sunk in that we’re in danger.”

pjmedia.com/news-and-politics/stephen-green/2020/05/11/california-lawmaker-fck-elon-musk-the-tesla-founders-reply-was-priceless-n389642California Lawmaker: 'F*ck Elon Musk.' The Tesla Founder's Reply Was Priceless BY STEPHEN GREEN MAY 11, 2020 10:39 AM EST California Assemblycritter Lorena Gonzalez, the San Diego Democrat best known as the author of the job-killing AB5 legislation, had a simple message for Tesla founder Elon Musk. The California-based electric automaker has had a good run lately, ramping up to volume production of somewhat more affordably-priced cars, and finally realizing profits on the strength of Model 3 sales. But as you may have already read, Musk has been frustrated with California’s Wuhan virus lockdown. Just as his company is starting to do what he set out to accomplish, his Fremont plant has been shuttered. As PJMedia’s own Bryan Preston noted on Saturday, “Musk has called the shutdown and lockdown orders fascist and has become increasingly public in opposing them.” Gonzalez is a wholly-owned subsidiary of California’s labor organizations who would happily destroy a million jobs if it would create just one more labor position. As if AB5 weren’t bad enough, Gonzalez’s R-rated tweet might have put Musk over the edge on whether to move Tesla out of California. On Saturday, Musk let it be known — via Twitter, naturally — that Alameda County’s “Interim Health Officer” was… well, read it yourself. Just a couple hours later is when Gonzalez tweeted “F*ck Elon Musk.” Musk’s pitch-perfect reply came on Sunday evening: It remains to be seen whether the notoriously mercurial Musk will actually follow through on his threat to move Tesla’s HQ and future operations to Texas and Nevada, much less close down the Fremont plant and move it elsewhere, too. But if he does, he’ll get a lot of support from people frustrated with Gonzalez and her job-killing ways. California has in the last two decades chased the middle class out of the state through a combination of small-business killing regulations and unaffordable housing. Now they’re killing off the gig economy and much of the creative industries like live music with AB5. Still not satisfied, Gonzalez seems determined to personally kill off the last remnant of California’s auto industry. The result — California is home to 1 in 9 Americans but 1 in 3 welfare cases — speaks for itself. Gonzalez claims to be a friend of the workingman. What a shame that thanks to her and her party there are so few of them left.
