Video at link: dailycaller.com/2018/08/31/jasper-williams-aretha-franklin-funeral-black-on-black-crime/Pastor Jasper Williams launched a scathing criticism of black-on-black violence on Friday at Aretha Franklin’s funeral, where he delivered the eulogy. “It amazes me how it is when the police kills one of us, we are ready to protest, march destroy innocent property. We’re ready to loot, steel, whatever we want. But when we kill 100 of us, nobody says anything. Nobody does anything,” Williams said. “Black on black crime, we’re all doing time. We are locked up in our minds. There’s got to be a better way. We must stop this today. Think down, look down, walk down, talk down, act down — most times we are low down. Where is your soul?” the pastor continued. (RELATED: Look Who Showed Up In The Front Row At Aretha Franklin’s Funeral) “If you choose to ask me today, do black lives matter? Let me answer like this: no, black lives do not matter; black lives will not matter; black lives ought not matter; black lives should not matter; black lives must not matter until black people start respecting black lives and stop killing ourselves — black lives can never matter.” Williams, whom Franklin reportedly personally chose to give her eulogy, also lamented that absent fathers force too many black women to raise their children by themselves. The pastor described absent parents as a form of “abortion after birth” that is damaging to children who experience it.

Not surprised: www.yahoo.com/entertainment/old-school-eulogy-aretha-franklin-funeral-ignites-wrath-005834257.htmlOld-school eulogy at Aretha Franklin funeral ignites wrath Associated Press Associated PressAugust 31, 2018, 9:29 PM EDT DETROIT (AP) — A fiery, old-school eulogist at the funeral of Aretha Franklin fell flat for many in the crowd and prompted a social media uproar when he declared "black America has lost its soul," black women are incapable of raising sons alone and the Black Lives Matter movement is unfounded in the face of black-on-black crime. And that was just 26 minutes into the nearly 50 minutes of words provided by the Rev. Jasper Williams Jr. of Salem Baptist Church in Atlanta as Franklin's marathon funeral wound down Friday. Williams, who also eulogized Franklin's father, minister and civil rights activist C.L. Franklin, 34 years ago, was excoriated on Twitter and elsewhere for misogyny, bigotry and the perpetuation of false science on race. He also blamed integration and the civil rights movement for ripping the heart out of black micro-economies that once relied on black-owned small businesses such as grocery stores, hotels and banks. As he wended his way through the need for more African Americans to return to church and more men to return to their families, the heat turned up online, with younger people declaring rhetoric such as that of Williams is why they left their churches to begin with. At one point, Williams asked: "Where is your soul, black man? As I look in your house, there are no fathers in the home no more." As for black women, he preached that "as proud, beautiful and fine as our black women are, one thing a black woman cannot do, a black woman cannot raise a black boy to be a man." Williams described as "abortion after birth" the idea of children being raised without a "provider" father and a mother as the "nurturer." He negated the Black Lives Matter movement altogether in light of black-on-black crime, falling back on a rhyming pattern of yore: "It amazes me how it is when the police kills one of us we're ready to protest, march, destroy innocent property," Williams began. "We're ready to loot, steal whatever we want, but when we kill 100 of us, nobody says anything, nobody does anything. Black on black crime, we're all doing time, we're locked up in our mind, there's got to be a better way, we must stop this today." Do black lives matter? "No, black lives do not matter," Williams said. "Black lives will not matter, black lives ought not matter, black lives should not matter, black lives must not matter until black people start respecting black lives and stop killing ourselves." Social media critics called his eulogy "a disaster" and questioned why he was chosen as the one to honor Franklin. Tweeter Darrian Broom kept it simple: "#JasperWilliams, the data doesn't support your ignorance."

All you need to know about the left. Bigot, racist, anti Semite Farrakhan. Racist, bigot, criminal, tax cheat Sharpton. Racist, bigot adulterer Rev Hymie town. Bill and Hillary.

Barack Obama: “John McCain understood that if we get in the habit of bending the truth to suit political expediency, or party orthodoxy, our democracy will not work… Our politics, public life, public discourse can seem small and mean and petty. Trafficking in insult and phony controversies…It’s the politics that pretends to be brave and tough but in fact is born of fear. John called on us to be bigger than that.”

That "memorial" today sure did turn into a bunch of hypocritical anti-Trump virtue signaling, didn't it? If funerals aren't even sacred anymore, then what is?

Here’s what makes it even better: www.tmz.com/2018/08/30/john-mccain-casket-air-force-2-trump-approved/The late Arizona senator’s casket was loaded onto one of the jets known as Air Force 2 — which is often designated for the VP or First Lady’s travel. As you know, 45 will not be attending McCain’s service in D.C. … reportedly because McCain wanted it that way. Still, Trump announced earlier this week he had greenlit military transport for McCain, saying, “At the request of the McCain family, I have also authorized military transportation of Senator McCain’s remains from Arizona to Washington, D.C., military pallbearers and band support, and a horse and caisson transport during the service at the United States Naval Academy.” ....................
