amp.dailycaller.com/2018/05/07/eric-schneiderman-ties-to-top-democrats/Schneiderman, an avowed anti-Trumper, has been considered a champion of the #MeToo movement for pushing legal action against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein and demanding his victims get additional compensation. The AG’s supposed progressivism has earned him clout with top Democrats. Senators Kamala Harris, Elizabeth Warren, and Kirsten Gillibrand, who have been identified as potential front-runners to be the 2020 Democratic presidential nominee, all have extensive histories with Schneiderman. Harris, a senator from California, reportedly attended a 2016 DNC delegation breakfast with the New York AG and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, although the event has apparently been scrubbed from the NY Dems website.

Its coming full circle. All these Dems the past 2 years pushing hate agendas and other topics are getting their own medicine. And they don’t like it one bit.
Now imagine being Trump since he announced running. Both Pubs and Dems hated it and some Pubs are coming around as they realize people are not just fixated on Dem swampers but both parties swampers. But Trump has been under assault every single minute of every single hour of every single day since he announced, 2 years running. Could anyone of us withstand constant lies and scrutiny and deception and even FBI hating and going after us. And the 90% MSM going 24/7/365 against us.
Not sure any award would do justice for Trump but he deserves some respect for what he’s been going thru. These mini scandals last a few days but let them try it for 2 fucking years.
Trump is an American hero. Spending his own money too, and gives his full salary to a good cause every 3 months. Obama never went thru this kinda shit he had the 90% MSM behind him plus FBI and Clinton. Trump went in alone. Fucking badass!!

amp.dailycaller.com/2018/05/07/eric-schneiderman-epa-transparency-resigning-in-disgrace/New York AG Eric Schneiderman promised to bring down EPA’s transparency plan hours before a slew of domestic abuse charges brought down the climate crusading lawman. Schneiderman, a Democrat and fierce opponent of President Donald Trump’s climate agenda, planned on targeting EPA’s transparency in science plan, the former AG said Monday afternoon. That was before four women accused him of abusing them during sex romps. “#BREAKING: I’m leading eight AGs against Scott Pruitt’s absurd plan to have the @epa limit the science it uses to make decisions about our public health and our environment,” Schneiderman wrote in a tweet less than four hours before his career ended. Four women are accusing Schneiderman of subjecting them to nonconsensual physical violence and threatening to kill them if they ever broke up with him, among other abusive behavior, The New Yorker reported on Monday. Michelle Manning Barish was in a relationship with Schneiderman for nearly two years before he allegedly called her a whore during a drunken stupor, slapped her across the face and the ear, and held her down and choked her, she said. Three other women accused the New York lawman of similar actions.

www.foxbusiness.com/shows/varney-coJudge Napolitano: One of the things that I read for this show… The Peter Strzok, Lisa Page text messages. And those text messages reflect a lot of meetings outside the Justice Department with members of the DOJ and FBI and one state official, not federal, Eric Schneiderman was present at a lot of those meetings. Speculation, it was sort of their insurance policy because Donald Trump can pardon anyone for a federal crime but he can’t pardon anyone for a state prosecution. I honestly believe that the attorney general, he’s still attorney general until the end of the day, Schneiderman was contemplating indicting either the people around the president or the president depending on the outcome of the Mueller investigation for violation of New York State financial laws. www.cbsnews.com/news/mueller-rejects-potus-request-to-answer-questions-in-writing/Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who is now on President Trump’s legal team, told CBS News correspondent Paula Reid Monday that special counsel Robert Mueller’s office has rejected proposals to allow Mr. Trump to answer questions from investigators in writing. The president’s legal team has signaled that this would be their preferred format for a possible interview, since it helps protect Mr. Trump from the possibility of lying or misleading investigators, which is a criminal offense. Giuliani told CBS News it will take up to three weeks for him to get fully up to speed on the facts of the investigation and be prepared to engage in formal negotiations with the special counsel about the terms of a possible interview with Mr. Trump.

thehill.com/homenews/administration/386685-poll-majority-thinks-russia-probe-motivated-by-politicsPoll: Majority says Russia probe is politically motivated ....... A majority of Americans say special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election is politically motivated, according to a new CBS News poll. The poll, which comes nearly a year after Mueller’s investigation began, found that 53 percent of people think there are political motives to the investigation, while 44 think the investigation is justified. Despite the perceived partisan motivations, 76 percent said President Trump should still cooperate with the investigation if he’s asked to be interviewed. That is a drop, however, from January, when 84 percent of respondents said Trump should cooperate with the special counsel.

amp.dailycaller.com/2018/05/08/james-comey-wapo-live-strzok-lisa-page/Former FBI Director James Comey said Tuesday that former FBI officials Peter Strzok and Lisa Page exhibited “appalling” judgement by having an affair and exchanging anti-Trump text messages while working on the Russia investigation. Comey offered the assessment at a Washington Post Live event in which he was asked what he thought about the direction of an investigation being conducted by the Justice Department’s Office of the Inspector General. The investigation led to the discovery that Strzok and Page exchanged politically biased text messages while they were working on both the Russia probe and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email investigation. Strzok, who served as deputy chief of the FBI’s counterintelligence division, was removed from special counsel Robert Mueller’s team in July 2017. Page, an FBI attorney, resigned from the bureau Friday, as The Daily Caller News Foundation first reported. (RELATED: Lisa Page Resigns From The FBI) “Both terrible and great,” Comey said when asked to characterize the inspector general’s findings. “Terrible in the sense that it’s incredibly painful to see people exhibiting appalling judgement,” he said, referring to Strzok and Page. “First of all, having an affair, using FBI devices to communicate, and in the course of communicating, bad-mouthing not just [President] Donald Trump but everybody, near as I can tell.”

dailycaller.com/2018/05/09/doj-top-secret-source-nunes/House Republicans are again battling with the Justice Department over information related to the Russia investigation, this time over documents the intelligence community said involves a top-secret source who has provided information to the CIA and FBI. The mysterious source has also gathered information that was given to Special Counsel Robert Mueller as part of his investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, according to The Washington Post. WaPo reported Justice Department and intelligence community officials issued a stark warning to the White House on May 2 against a request from House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes. Nunes had submitted a subpoena to the Justice Department on April 24 for records related to the Russia probe. Justice Department and intelligence community officials argued to White House Chief of Staff John Kelly that complying with the subpoena would reveal the identity of a top-secret source and would undermine protocol regarding intelligence sources, according to WaPo.

www.dailywire.com/news/30412/companies-center-russian-oligarch-claim-stormy-james-barrett?ampHowever, as the Associated Press reports, the companies at the center of these claims say Avenatti's connection of their consulting fees to Vekselberg is false. A spokesman for the Renova Group and Vekselberg told AP in a statement that "neither Victor Vekselberg nor Renova has ever had any contractual relationship with Mr Cohen or Essential Consultants." For any information on Columbus Nova's contract with Cohen, the spokesman said, AP would "have to ask Mr Andy Intrater, because Columbus Nova is a company owned and managed by him." An attorney for Columbus Nova said in a statement that their deal with Cohen had nothing to do with Vekselberg. Here's the full statement via NBC News: After the inauguration, the firm hired Michael Cohen as a business consultant regarding potential sources of capital and potential investments in real estate and other ventures. Reports today that Viktor Vekselberg used Columbus Nova as a conduit for payments to Michael Cohen are false. The claim that Viktor Vekselberg was involved or provided any funding for Columbus Nova's engagement of Michael Cohen is patently untrue. Neither Viktor Vekselberg nor anyone else other than Columbus Nova's owners, were involved in the decision to hire Cohen or provided funding for his engagement. While evidence reviewed by The New York Times and AP appears to confirm Avenatti's financial figures, AP underscores that his claim that the $500,000 from Columbus Nova partly paid for the Daniels' NDA is pure speculation and that Avenatti has provided no proof for the claim.

amp.dailycaller.com/2018/05/09/treasury-department-michael-cohen-investigation/The inspector general of the Treasury Department has launched an investigation into whether or not confidential banking records related to a company President Donald Trump’s personal attorney controls have been leaked. The counsel to the inspector general, Rich Delmar, told reporters Wednesday the office is currently “inquiring into allegations” that Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) related to the president’s attorney, Michael Cohen, and his banking transactions were “improperly” disclosed, The Washington Post reported. Attorney Michael Avenatti exposed Cohen’s banking history Tuesday when he released a report that detailed how a Russian oligarch paid $500,000 to Cohen months after the 2016 presidential election. Avenatti suggested the payments “may have replenished” Cohen’s account after he made a $130,000 payment to porn star Stormy Daniels, who claims to have had an affair with the president. Avenatti has repeatedly asked that the Treasury release any and all reports that show unusual banking transactions on the part of Cohen. The law dictates that banks must file a SAR for any transaction considered unusual that is over $10,000. What Avenatti made public Tuesday could have included a SAR filed on the part Cohen’s bank.

Imagine that! The fix just keeps getting more exposed with each layer being pulled back... With everything that keeps coming out, I continually wonder to myself how people aren't swinging yet. But then I remember we have McDonalds and ESPN and Infotainment out the ass. People are too fat and complacent. Things aren't bad enough for violence yet. The problem is, by the time they are, it will probably be too late.

www.foxnews.com/politics/2018/05/09/nunes-gowdy-invited-to-doj-for-classified-briefing-after-document-demands.htmlHouse Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes and House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy have been invited to the Justice Department Thursday for a classified briefing about Nunes’ latest requests for classified information related to the Russia investigation, according to sources with knowledge of the situation. Fox News has learned this is a direct result of a meeting at the White House on Tuesday between Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, his deputy Ed O’Callahan and White House Chief of Staff John Kelly. Rosenstein had been on official travel in New York but raced back to Washington for the meeting. A source familiar with the situation tells Fox News that after the meeting the three held a speakerphone call with Nunes and Gowdy and told the lawmakers the DOJ would work with them in an effort to get them the information they have been seeking.

dailycaller.com/2018/05/09/avenatti-michael-cohen-israel/Zainal Kassim, a representative for Actuarial Partners, told The Daily Caller News Foundation Avenatti’s report is a case of mistaken identity. He forwarded an email the falsely accused Michael Cohen sent to Avenatti requesting the lawyer “correct this error forthwith and make it known publicly” there is no connection to Trump’s Michael Cohen. “You are surely aware of the fact that this is an extremely common name and would request that you take care before involving innocent parries in this sordid affair,” wrote Cohen, who told Avenatti he is an international consultant who was paid by Actuarial Partners for work on a project in Tanzania. “Actuarial Partners have already received inquiries from the press in this regard, and we would like to see this scurrilous rumour spiked as soon as possible.” Haaretz, the Israeli news outlet, found another case of mistaken identity in Avenatti’s report. “Mr. Cohen received one wire transfer in the amount of $980.00 from a Kenyan bank from account holders Netanel Cohen and Stav Hayun to an account in Israel at Bank Hapoalim,” Avenatti wrote. Haaretz caught up with Netanel Cohen, who acknowledged having a bank account in Kenya and transferring money to a Michael Cohen. But the Michael Cohen in questions is his brother, Netanel told the news outlet. And his brother is not Trump’s lawyer. “I’ve never heard of Michael Cohen, and I have no connection to this affair,” Netanel told Haaretz. It is unclear how Avenatti obtained the financial records cited in his report. But various news outlets, including The New York Times, also appear to have viewed the documents. The Treasury Department’s office of the inspector general opened an investigation into whether someone leaked Cohen’s financial documents to Avenatti and the press, it was reported on Wednesday. It remains a mystery how the financial records of a completely separate Michael Cohen would have ended up in the tranche of documents provided to Avenatti.
